It’s always been a great experience here, but the last time I came for an oil change I had to wait about 15 minutes to pick my car up after I left. When I came back both of the guys at the desk were pitching some sales to two women and they both acted like I wasn’t there. I had to literally walk up and lean against the counter to get one of the male’s attention. Reminds me a lot of the Mall Drive location.
