I haven’t felt comfortable in my skin and have always hated trying on clothes only to be disappointed by the wrong fit over and over. And then Kris at this location changed my world!! We asked one little question and she jumped in to help me understand the various clothing terminology, evaluated my body type and got some pants to start with. But her support continued throughout the hour+ process of bringing me new sizes, new styles, and taking what didn’t work. She was amazing!!!! Prices were so reasonable with great deals and a great discount for getting the credit card. “I love the local Torrid store! There are so many beautiful things in there from dresses to jeans and t shirts. Very helpful sales associates and clean fitting rooms. They will assist you when you need help finding your sizes or ordering what you may need. I like the quality clothing even if it is a little pricey, but you can also get discounts and rewards if you shop the sales and watch prices and use the Torrid store credit card. I definitely will be shopping again!”

So new owner and management, was in there the other day November 1st 2024 great sale's, new clothing selection, better quality and would highly recommend, sale's person was very knowledgeable and helpful, fixed me up for my christmas shopping and got myself new outfits . She tried several shades until we found the perfect match. She seemed very knowledgeable about the product line and seemed to really enjoy her work. Highly recommend this store!”
