Customer service non existent i don't know what's going on there, but they don't answer their phone and service is slow when you go in. I guess I'll be looking for another bank.

People here are useless humans. Josh was doing absolutely nothing and told me I had to make an appointment with him and come back to submit a death certificate for my deceased family members accounts.
Literally was scrolling on his phone and wouldn’t stop doing that to help me.
