I used to love going to Walmart Optical because the prices were so reasonable but the service is horrible now. I would rather pay more and go to Shopko Optical.

Well I just spent an hour here to leave without any glasses order. The gal who helped me had no idea how to work with insurance or how to work with the computer or fit my glasses. She asked another worker for help 4 times and they still could not get it right. I and my husband have been going there for at least 10 years not anymore I will use my insurance elsewhere. Wasted my time and ruined my day.

Had an eye exam here. Was rushed. Told me I needed bifocals (I’m 25) I’ve never needed bifocals. Spent $600+ on glasses for them to not be right. After months of headaches and my eyes going cross eyed and twitching I went to Mayo Clinic to get a second opinionWalmart had my prescription atLeft -1.00Right -1.00MayoLeft -0.50Right-0.75 and I could see out of the lenses perfectly.I hope to speak to the manager and get my money back. And avoid this so called “doctor” at all times.

Ophthalmologist showed up late for my appointment and I felt very rushed during my eye exam. He was not very professional and I will take my business elsewhere in the future

The Eye Dr. at Wal-Mart Vision staff went out of his/their way to make sure I was taken care of. Can't say enough about their service and staff!

They don’t know how to adjust glasses. There was an employee who was visibly getting frustrated with my mother because she didn’t know how to adjust my mom’s glasses to fit her head comfortably. At one point, she actually said, “ Well, I don’t know what else to do.” When I looked at the glasses behind my mom’s ears, they weren’t even on them but sticking way out. (And this is after 10 minutes of adjusting them.) This woman was unfriendly and inept. Thankfully, another employee helped us. He didn’t know what he was doing either but was much nicer.

I had the best experience in this place! From the eye exam to choosing a frame and fitting - everything was so professional! I had to come back a few times for adjusting and I was always helped with utmost care. I don't usually shop at Walmart but this vision center was so professional, helpful and had a fast and kind service. I would mention Dr. Salfai, Michelle and Amy as the people who helped me. I would definitely recommend this place for good prices and for professional, fast and kind service!

Walmart Vision Center was a pleasant customer service experience from start to finish. We had an appointment for our 11yo son within two days of calling and when I called the next day to see if there was also time available to fit my husband in for an exam the staff was very accommodating. All staff members greeted us with a smile upon each visit and the exam itself was quick, but thorough, and the glasses came in under a week; pick up and fitting was a breeze. The technician who fitted our sons glasses, a sweet Southern gal, was absolutely lovely and he commented that she reminded him of his grandmother who lives in TX.

I'm not a fan of Walmart but I have to say I had a great experience at there vision center. I had two people helping me and I have to say they were great. Thank you !!!! I highly recommend and will be back.

It is my understanding that the Vision Center in St. Croix Falls reports to Eau Claire. I would just like to compliment the vision staff in St. Croix Falls. Christine Jonns staff has been excellent in serving my needs in the last 2-3 years. Hopefully her manager will acknowledge her and her staffs excellent service. They have replaced my lenses as needed helping with warranty issues and aiding me in my prescription tweaks. Thanks to the staff in St. Croix Falls. :)
