Long wait times to pick up prescriptions both inside and in the drive-thru (like 20-30 minute wait times.) You feel badly for the pharmacy workers because you know they are overworked, underpaid and understaffed. I ended up transferring my entire family's prescriptions to Hy-Vee, after a very rude pharmacy worker canceled my prescription order when I was upset that my medication was not ready for pick-up (when I got an email stating it was ready.) She rudely told me there were 400 people waiting for their prescriptions too, and that I should return in 30 minutes. I decided to go inside to wait and shop. When I finally got to the counter to let the pharmacy staff know I was inside, they told me my order had been canceled! Other family members and friends have had similar issues with rude pharmacy staff. There are many other pharmacies in Eau Claire...I would recommend you use the services of those pharmacies.

The service in pharmacy is in massive decline, but even worse since Thanksgiving. They explained delays in dispensing medication on Thanksgiving and then Christmas and New Years. We are approaching January and it's just as bad. I have one script that can only be filled the day you run out. My doctor sends it to them monthly, days in advance to make sure there is adequate time for Walgreens to prepare it. The last few months it hasn't been ready and I have had to miss several doses, which isn't medically sound. Walgreens is very aware of the medication involved and it's importance. Every time I call there to find out what's going on I end up feeling sorry for the employees. There just aren't enough of them. However that's not my fault or under my control. Wait times in the drive ups are crazy long for the same reason. This place really needs to reorganize

Pharmacists rude and do not take the time to explain immunizations options and procedures. If you have an insurance issue, they do not care and treat people like crap.

Your technician Brianna is extremely rude and condescending. I waited in the drive through today for an hour, got up to the window and she was chatting it up with her work buddies...laughing and carrying on, then got on the computer to do whatever and did not acknowledge that I was there for almost 20 min.... even after I hit the Service call button. Once she did help (if you want to call it that) she was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I was picking up a medication for my son and she didn't even ask his birthdate. This girl needs an extreme attitude adjustment or a new job.

This Walgreens exemplifies exactly what's wrong with the American medical system and it's grotesque failure on a grand scale as exampled here. . I called with a simple question about Covid testing and was put on hold by the tech. Another tech came on and was rude to the absolute extreme. If the good folks at Walgreens took on too much with all this Covid thing in testing and shots , they need to own it. This wasn't a screaming match but just plain rudeness. No "thank you" . No thanks for choosing Walgreens. (If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen.) Click.

Ridiculous wait for prescription. I went in to the store because there was a line at the drive thru. The line inside was incredibly long and when I finally got up to the counter, they didn't even have the prescription ready and said it would be at least another 30 minutes. The prescription was called in by the hospital over an hour prior. The woman was rude and didn't even try to apologize that it wasn't ready. A lady also butted into line and was served prior to those of us that been waiting a long period of time. When I went back to get it, i again has to wait a ridiculously long time. I know places are struggling to find help and I'm sure that's part of it, however, staff should at least be expected to be cordial to customers. There would also seem to be some way to speed up each customer, it is surprising how long it took to serve each person.

Horrible communication, terrible customer service, no care for customers time or money..you spend more in gas than for the actual prescription due to their incompetence

Absolute horrible customer service from the pharmacy tech. Rude and condescending when trying to get answers regarding a prescription. The tech hung up on me at the end of the call. Extremely disappointed with their service.

I called in to talk to a manager (Michelle?). I asked her if she would please review Walgreens outdoor security camera. Someone had accessed my vehicle while I was in Walgreens. She stated, she would review the footage and call me back. I waited and waited. Finally, I called her back. While I waited for her call; I was made aware that she had received a call from the person who has installed "spyware" on my cell phone. The "rogue" person(s) who have been listening to my calls for the last several months told the supervisor (Michelle?) to use a statement that I frequently use. IF your sister has died like you stated, she has. I feel bad for you! But, I sensed you were lying. Just remember... KARMA IS A B****** Until they can prove that I am under investigation for "fraud". You may want to think twice before listening to people in the community. Integrity is everything! Especially as a supervisor.

absolutely horrible service! utterly worthless. script called in at 1030 am. stopped at the drive thru and the guys acknoledged the script and dosage. he said check back. 4 pm now and they sat they don't know anything about it. this all after their call in line disconnected my call 6 times. This message needs to go to Walgreens corporate because the team at the Claremont store don't have the ability to work fast food let alone pharmacy

Have been using the drive up window since the pandemic began in March 2020 rather than going inside. Used to getting good services, but today I noticed how dirty the panels are that surround the outside drawer, and mentioned it to the gal waiting on me. She shrugged it off and I gently said I did not mean for her to clean it, but the cleaning crew. It really is disgusting to see so many people go through there with hands in and out of the drive through, and apparently no one cleans the outside of this area. May have to look at alternatives because this is not acceptable during the Covid Crisis right here in Eau Claire, WI.

This has to be the worst pharmacy ever. I went three times in one day for a prescription and they still messed it up. The pharmacy staff is overworked and understaffed. No one ever seems to know what is going on, and everyone is confused. I'll never return. I hope others see this and do not look to this pharmacy for medications.

So I am a college student at uwec. I got a prescription sent over from sacred heart. The illness I got diagnosed with was one that recommended limited physical exercise. The taxi that I got called left me at Walgreens because they didn't want to wait 5 minutes for me to get my meds. So I was stuck at Walgreens unable to walk back to my dorm and my phone died. This wonderful woman named Sarah called me an Uber and paid for it. Such a wonderful act of kindness!the people at this Walgreens really care. Thank you Sarah and Walgreens!
