I got a manicure from here as I was recommended by my sister who got her nails done weeks ago and they are staying strong and the designs were perfect and for a good price! I asked for my middle two fingers to look like the inspiration picture and the other three to be French tip and it turned out exactly how I imagined! My step mom and cousin got their nails done at the same time and they were just as perfect! I would recommend this for anyone and everyone! My nails were a perfect outcome in the end!!! My step mom had a manicure and pedicure and she also agreed that this was the best pedicure she has had because they massaged her legs, hot towels, and rocks were all included! Best experience ever, I will be coming here every time.

Nails and polish application are soo bad!! My gel polish wasn't even dried when I left. I will not be back! They are pushy to have other stuff done. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Staff seemed annoyed that my friend and I were there. My nailed
Tech TOLD me what I’d be getting that day because my nails are to short ( I prefer extra short, I wasn’t asked what I would like to have done) I asked for extra short, I’d say it’s about a medium length. Asked for round was given square. Lengths are all slightly off I know they wouldn’t be prefect but I can feel the difference between each. The nail tech station was fairly orderly. I should have walked out when I she took out the bur blocks. Very dirty, caked in previous product. 10/10 would not recommend. My nails have never been sore after a full set. Do your research and stay away.

If you don't speak the language, consider bringing along someone who does. Then you'll know how VIP things really are. lol. Rough and impatient experience for a nail spa. Cảm ơn VIP Nails.

My sister and I had appointments at 5:30pm we showed up about 5 minutes before our appointments to give us enough time to find a color. We walked in and started looking at colors, the one lady yelled across to us and said she was ready for one of us, so my sister had to rush and find a color. Then I continued to look for a color and a lady walked about and wanted to know the color I wanted, I showed her the color in a rush because I didn’t have much time to really look. She took me to her station and she started working on my nails. While she was working on my nails her and a guy sitting next to her kept laughing and looking at my natural nails, they she proceeded to tell me that they were laughing at my natural nails. I felt so embarrassed and awkward at that point I just wanted to leave. She puts my tips on and then cracks one and instead of fixing it she just kept working on them. (Now the nail that is crack is very weak and ready to break). She didn’t even ask me how long or short I wanted them she just cut them to her liking.When it was time to go wash my hands the lady that was doing my nails had me sit and the guys station for him to paint my nails because she wanted to leave. While my hands were under the lights he grabbed my wrist and shoved it into the lamp more. My sister told me her lady never talked to her and kept whipping her nose then continued to work on her nails with the hands she just whipped her snot with. As it came time to leave we paid for our nails and then as we were walking out the lady goes “no tip”. As we do usually leave tips but with that experience we didn’t because it was just so awful. We were so rushed that they had our nails done in about 30’mins. We will not be going back to this place!

I've been here before and it was fine, but they always feel rushed and annoyed that you're there. Today I went to get nails done before a huge trip to Europe and paid $60. I had to go back in because they just looked so bad. They were all different lengths and the color was inconsistent. These are pictures of the "fix". Flooded cuticles, already lifting, uneven base. Looks absolutely horrible underneath. Never have had nails this bad. I will absolutely not be back. Go somewhere else, plenty of other salons

I wanted specific nail art on my toes and nails, including an acrylic fill on my nails. I got an amazing pedicure with Belle and perfect nails and art with On. I felt welcome, special and in very good hands. I did make an appointment as it's just 3 days before Easter and I needed a specific time for my schedule. They take cards for services, but tips (and you will want to tip!) are cash only. they have an ATM if you forget about that. I had an awesome experience.

The first photo is what my granddaughter asked for and the second pic are the final results. They were purchased for her birthday. She was sooo disappointed. $70 later and my granddaughter is very unhappy. Very disheartening. The same tech had done a fill on mine prior and also did an awful job. I’ve never had any issues, but this tech is very rude and is not personable at all. She doesn’t take her time and does not listen to her customers requests.

Some of them were nice. The first picture is what I wanted but then that’s how they came out. All the dots were touching and some were not even on the nail. I asked for a nude base and I got pink. Then, I asked for more round and she goes “No, the picture doesn’t show that.” The amount of acrylic on the back of most of the nails is crazy to me. Also, there was black hair in the acrylic and she didn’t even bother to get out. And with the french tips when she whipped it away she didn’t even get it all the way so it was all over each nail. She started talking when she was grinding them down and slipped onto my finger. (which hurt) She didn’t say anything after that. I was very disappointed and it was $75 for this. I still gave her a tip but wasn’t exactly deserved. Disappointed to say the least. But, The shaping and application was good.

I went here with fairly low expectations and they were barely met however I live an hour away in a very small town so when I was told they would they could take me in for a full set I was ecstatic to say the least. Anyways I got there and they were very friendly my nail tech didn't talk to me tho which was kinda awkward the guy doing my nails did a good job I paid and left 15 min after they closed.fast forward to the next morning....my fingers are so tender and sore I can hardly hold my phone si I did what anyone would do....Google it there are several things that could have caused it aggressive application.the acrylic overbonding to my nail but I don't wanna think poorly of the nice guy that sis my nails for me so I'm gunna go with since my nails hurt bc it's been so long since I gotten them done . I'd my pain in my hands goes away in 24-48 hours I'll be less upset but if I continue to be in pain I will call and ask for them to fix it or give me a refund.
