This was my first time here, I’m a super nervous person to begin with. However the guy (Kevin? I’m sorry I’m so bad with names) did my gel extensions, he was super informative about them as they are new and I haven’t had my nails done in forever. What I liked most about this shop is how welcoming they were! They had 2-3 people come and they greeted them by name happily!

I've been to this location about a handful of times and every time I have a great experience. The place is clean and bright and the employees are friendly and do a great job. Will continue to go here for my pedicures.
Cleanliness: This business is always so clean and recently updated.

They rushed me through in 15 minutes, my nails were uneven, chipping immediately, the uv lights burned my skin, the design looked childish, and overpriced for the final product. Along with that, they also completely peeled off in just one day, and it was a design on my natural nails.

I made an appointment today for a manicure at 1:00. I arrived at the salon and chose my color. At 1:20 I asked how much longer it would be. I was told 10 more minutes. I was not seated until 1:45. At that time a very friendly guy began to work on my nails. He ended up leaving me to work on someone else. He never came back to me. Eventually at 2:15, a lady came to work on my nails. She started filing 2 nails and then I was asked to sit in another chair and yet another woman finished the process. It took 2 hrs for something that normally takes less than an hour. I was happy with the finished product, so am giving 2 stars for that. I was never offered an apology or reduced cost or even an explanation as to why it took so long. I will not be going here again.

I've visited this salon two times in the last month for acrylic nails. In three different spots they filed all the way thru my nail bed. no more
