Beware the ATM!!! I put a cash deposit in the drive up ATM and it took my money but did not deposit it. You could hear the machine working but nothing happened. No acknowledgment of deposit. The machine then said “take rejected items” and nothing came out. Money gone! Took several minutes to even give me my card back. Now I have to wait up to 10 days to get my hard earned money back from my own bank. Don’t worry. They won’t be for long. I’ve had issues with US Bank in the past but this is the last straw. I will be moving my business to another bank SOON.

A few amazing and helpful tellers. Other than Kelly, she is extremely rude and acts like helping you is a huge inconvenience to her day

Their ATM is malfunctional. I was stuck at the atm that had taken my card and was not responding. I called into the bank so they could come out and assist me. After being put on hold for several minutes the lady shrugged it off saying "well we don't service those" I explained the machine had my card and to stay on the line with me to help or they needed to call the service to get it out. The lady I was on the phone with let out a loud sigh at me. The machine finally spit out my card and I was able to leave. The rude lady clearly had no intention of helping and exhibited horrible customer service.

I will gladly give this US bank location a 5 star rating! They made sure all my issues were resolved and quickly resolved! Each staff me member I encountered was beyond professional and friendly!Very highly recommended by me!

So I am giving 2 stars instead of just one because I am happy with mortgage services they have provided to me over the years.The reason for my negative review is due to being misled about account fees and check cashing policies. I was required to open up an account with the minimum amount of $25 when I got my mortgage with this bank. Fine whatever.....I do not us bank as my primary bank for checking/savings/brokerage because I moved from an area that is not serviced by us bank and I do not want to close and move all my funds over until I know where I want to be long term. I was told no fees or charges as long as I keep my mortgage with us bank.So a year into my mortgage us bank sent me a charge for $5 for "account dormancy" for not using the account I was forced to open for my mortgage rate. So I go inside, was told by the manager that I can still cash checks or do whatever I need to do locally as long as I kept my mortgage account. So this was great for a while - no problems for almost a year with check cashing/etc, and no additional fees. Fast forward to present day with covid 19 lock downs I go to cash a check and am told I cannot do so due to not having a checking or savings account with us bank. I am told now they cannot cash checks to non account holders. I explain that I am indeed an account holder with a mortgage account, still they refuse. I ask to speak to a supervisor and am told that supervisors are not available due to covid. What the hell is that? I am glad that I didn't trust these guys with my other accounts - very shady with the bait and switch about account fees and check cashing!

I have been moved out of Eau Claire over two years now, but whenever I have a question about a credit card or my bank account I will always try to call Kelly at this location. She goes out of her way to ensure my satisfaction, and have not had the same experience at any of the U.S. Bank location. Thank you Kelly for making me feel comfortable and confident in my banking decisions.

My secretary put my deposits accidentally on the wrong slips. Instead of being a help; the teller looked at me told " well you will have to rewrite out new slips" " it's not my fault that your secretary is an idiot". I will not go into that branch ever. I will only go into the Branch downtown Eau Claire. Golf road branch is very rude.

I drove to this branch because the branch closest to my house couldn't assist me. They contacted this location and were told that they could help me open an account. The 4 people working here insisted they were not contacted (which is a complete lie) and tried to call another location to send me to. When they couldn't get anyone on the phone they just ignored the fact that I was standing there and went on helping other customers. Their customer service is horrible. I just walked out; got into my car and called the location that sent me to this one. They were apologetic and had me come by and made time to help me start my account (which is why I KNOW the location on golf road lied to me because the woman who messaged them still had the message and response I her computer). I would never do business with U.S. Bank if the golf road location had been my only experience with this bank. Terrible terrible customer service!!!
