A GREAT experience with uBreakiFix.Unfortunately, after 14 uneventful years we needed to upgrade our phones as we went into retirement & as Murphy's Law proves true...I broke my new phone's screen within 30 days of purchase. Not just cracked, but, broke & bleeding. I guess I now have 'street cred' as a person that is not sitting around, but I'm doing things that can leave my phone bleeding.On our new phone purchase I did not choose protection coverage plan as those tend to take more than they give in the long run & was not a fit for what we need, so uBreakiFix Eau Claire, WI not only swiftly (no appt needed & fixed in under an hour) handled my bleeding phone, but Jordan, uBreakiFix rep, had a wonderful professional & patient manner as he explained the phone's prognosis & recovery process and it all came down to such a less expensive repair than what we had seen of competitors.Highly recommend uBreakiFix Eau Claire WI.

The techs are very knowledgeable, very professional, super kind, and incredibly patient and understanding. Once the repair appointment was set, it couldn't have been any easier! I dropped off my phone and 3 hours later it was like brand new. Definitely would recommend their services!

My wife was having a frustrating problem with her I Pad. After many internet searches, phone calls and repair store visits she didn't get the problem fixed. We stopped in this store and Jordan fixed the problem quickly. He was very personable and happy to be able to help her.The cost of the repair was very acceptable to us. Would definitely go back if needed.

I thought I had cracked my camera lens on my iPhone 14 Pro. It ended up being my lens protector. They did not charge me! I appreciate that kind of service!

Once I was in your system I appreciated getting the e-mail reminder and option to change my appointment if needed. Staff was very helpful and informative. The change of screen actually took less than 90 minutes.

Customer service repeatedly lost my credentials during repairs.I needed to send my phone back three separate times after the initial repair.The phone was serviced for a warranty camera glass repair, which resulted in two displays being broken (both of which from faulty repairs) and a microphone bracket missing. Frankly, I'm concerned about the longevity of this device after numerous attempts to repair it. I received my phone back in damaged condition from them, and they refused to acknowledge my issues of them breaking my phone. My microphone is in a damaged state, and when I called them to ask if they would make it right, they declined and stated that it "passed diagnostic inspection." All you have to do is take a 5-second recording to find out that it is definitely distorted. This problem was not even one of the initial complaints about the phone. It only had issues AFTER receiving the phone from them. I had no problems with this microphone previously. This is noted in the case notes they took about the separate occurences.Whether a customer appears in person or sends their device through the mail, they should be treated with all levels of care. I feel like I was not giving my phone to employees who seem to show that they care about an individuals device. I'm not satisfied with this entire transaction and will prefer sending my devices to be repaired from another location in the future. I didn't even get a tracking number from them until I had to call three days after they sent it out, only to find it undeliverable at the post office because they used the wrong address.When I called them back to speak to someone about the microphone issue, they refused to offer any service and hung up on me after telling me there was nothing they could do.I will never recommend anyone try this experience.By the way, I'm a certified IT technician with 10+ years of work experience and have repaired hundreds of devices, including smartphones. I know bad service when I see it. If you're paying for your service, please heed my warning and spend your money elsewhere.

They fixed my Samsung Galaxy screen. I had to wait a few days for the replacement screen to come in, but the actual fixing of the screen only took a couple of hours. Service was friendly. It was a pretty straightforward and painless experience, except of course the cost, but that's just the nature of phone repair.

Very friendly and fast service. Fixed my back camera on my phone. I didn't realize it was just the protector broke on it. Never made me feel stupid, just popped it off for me. No charge. Will definitely be back if we need something fixed.

My wife broke her Google Pixel 6pro and didn't want to deal with the hasel of getting a new phone. So I asked around and a friend suggested uBreakiFix. The staff was very courteous and the service was prompt. In two and a half hours her phone was like new. Can't thank them enough!

This place is a joke. Paid $300 on a new screen for my sons computer. They installed it. Took over a month. THEN the screen just shatters for no reason at all! The guy on the phone did nothing but argue with me about it. I was told I had a warranty. They did not put the screen in right - otherwise the screen wouldn’t have just shattered like that for no apparent reason. Computer screens just don’t do that. There was no force whatsoever that would have made that happen. I don’t like being called a liar because they aren’t good at their jobs.

Very good customer service. They put in a new charge port and it was a certified Samsung part and works great. I had another place put one in 6 months ago and failed very fast because it was a cheap part. The back glass broke during the install of the charge port, which happens, they ordered a new back glass and are installing it at no charge. Overall great experience compared to other repair places.

Walked in with exactly 2 hour to close and these guys got my screen repaired before close. Awesome service. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Very poor customer service in fact the manager was very rude and rolling his eyes as he is explaining things. They told me that my phone was 100% covered, fixed it and then I came back to pick it up and then they told me it was $350. I would not recommend them to anyone in the area. Nothing like bait and switch....In response to his reply:uBreakiFix you are correct it was through the doorbell however my boyfriend was standing right next to the manager watching how he interacted.I never asked for a full refund. I did however state that it was poor customer service and something needs to be done. Had I known in the beginning the cost I would not have asked them to take my phone. I do believe that just saying pay us or we will return it to the broken state isn't an option of fixing it. And I was told there wouldn't be any claims warranty to even try to file that it truly would do no good.Even when I went back in the guy couldn't even apologize when giving back my case. It truly is a poor model of customer service and to blame it on lack of training again relects on management as this member has been there at least a month.Once again I reiterate that I am very discouraged by the lack of customer care and consideration.
