Great company. Reasonably priced for our move from Nevada to Wisconsin. Less than half the cost u-haul pods or Pack-Rat quoted us. We did a u-pack facility to facility move so it was even cheaper. Container arrived much earlier than they estimated. Only negative was they are not open weekends for unloading or loading. However they gave us xtra time get everything out of the container

We moved from Tennessee to Wisconsin, and the only issue we has was with the gentlemen who dropped off our full truck to our new house in Wisconsin. I don't know if he was new and just not experienced with a big truck but he refused to park it where we needed the truck even though it could have made it up our driveway. He instead had us move our trailer and parked the truck sideways blocking our garage and partially in the road. He complained the entire time that we where taking too long to move our car from the garage and move our trailer. We had the area where we wanted the truck ready to go, we didn't expect him to refuse to park it there. We ended up having to move all of our things from the basement (where our garage is) upstairs to the main level. Where we wanted it parked we wouldnt have had to go up and down the stairs. Other than that the folks in Nashville are absolutely amazing, there was no shifting of our belongings, and our truck was delivered on time. Good pricing, and I'd recommend going to Google and finding promo codes, I typed in random codes I found online and ended up getting $80 off!

They were awesome for our move cross country. They communicated in an effective way and were always pleasant to deal with. They actually reduced our cost from the original estimate because we didn't use as much space as we thought we would. Our furniture arrived intact and very little movement inside the trailer. The only draw back: we had to wait an additional 4 days for our furniture due to a late scan at our local facility and those we missed scheduling the drop off by 2 hours (the computer updated at 9pm on Friday when the shipment came in that afternoon and the call center closed at 8pm. Thus we had to wait Saturday Sunday and into Monday morning before we could get our stuff scheduled for delivery on Tuesday instead of Wednesday. It took them 3 days Tuesday Wednesday Thursday to get the truck from Portland to Eugene...

To start I did an online quote. Due to needing a trailer within a few days, I nneded to call Customer Serivce. The rep that I talked to was ploite and informative. He was able to find me a trainler for my date and also requoted me a price. His price was actually cheaper then the one I previoulsly received.When the truck arrive the driver was able to place the trailer exactly where I wanted. It was a tight fit, but he was albe to place it so that the ramp would sit on my deck. He also showed me how to use the bulkhead and everything else that I needed to use.My household goods arrived at the desitination terminal a few days before the quoted time frame and they did not charge me for any extra storage during the early time. When I was done unloading the trailer they were able to pick it up the same day. Overall using U-pack was the easiest part of the complete move.

Ordering this service was super easy. Website easy to use and then was called by a rep to confirm. Trailer showed up when they said it would and was picked up same day we called and said it was ready. It was delivered to location before they said it would arrive so very efficient. Zero issues. Would recommend using if you have to move out of state.

We are so pleased with our move with U-Pack! They were very upfront with costs, very professional with drop off and pick up. Drivers were personable and professional. Any time we had questions, we just called U-pack or the shipping company after they picked up our trailer and we never had to wait more than a minute on hold if that. They answered all of our questions, helped us get the best rate (Saved over $1,000 by waiting until September. 1st, instead of in the "summer") Highly recommend this company. Pack your stuff really well! We did a pretty good job, and didn't have anything break, but we had some "rubbing" on our wooden and leather furniture that we didn't blanket well. We moved from Utah to Wisconsin.

We recently relocated from Wisconsin to Mississippi due to a job transfer. We chose Upack based on a family members recommendation. We couldn't be happier with our decision. From beginning to end, everything went so smoothly. The setup was very simple and everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. The drivers both on the Wisconsin end and Mississippi end were awesome! Our trailer was on time and intact! I will recommend this company to anyone in need!

We were very happy with the communication and scheduling of the U-Pack Eau Claire. Easy to pack and secure. The Delivery not so much, the truck was scheduled to arrive between 8AM and 5PM, it finally arrived at 5:20PM but without a ramp to unload. Not a good thing. Way too hard without a ramp. Choice was for truck to come back another day with a ramp or manually unload out the back. Already waited ALL day so That wasn't a good option. Make sure a ramp is available at both ends. Otherwise loved the concept. Marty Noonan

Excellent service, drivers are nice and helpful. Keep you posted though out the process. After the original contact I think I did everything else from my smart phone. Tracking, ordering trailer pick up, etc. Beware Cheaper Companies who will substantially raise the price before delivery Go With ABF.
