“I've been coming here for a while for oil changes and every time the workers are professional and efficient. Brought my car in today because my heater stopped working (in -5 degree weather ofc). I was in the lobby for maybe 15 minutes when I was told they got it working again. To get me through the winter, they applied a quick fix and didn't charge me any fees. They explained to me what the issue was and what part will eventually need to be replaced. I've never once left feeling overcharged or confused about my car's issues, but this really won them my loyalty ?”
