“I thought I was having transmission issues and I wanted a professional opinion. I called and they got me right in. They did an inspection and it eneded up not being the transmission. He explained everything in detail and was so extremely nice and helpful. Its so hard in this day and age being a woman getting communication like we are a normal person. “Contacted Rick and set up an appointment to do front struts and sway bar bushings on my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Dropped it off before Affordable Auto opened and waited for my call back. Around 2:30 Rick called and said my Jeep was done. Picked up after 4 and immediately heard and felt the difference soon as I pulled out of the lot. No sound in the front end and no shaking when I hit a bump.
New struts replacing the original struts made a great difference. Thanks to Rick and Affordable Auto for doing great work at a reasonable cost.
