I stopped in to get a specific pair of shoes for my son, Jeff was extremely helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. He was also kind and fun to have a conversation with. Jeff is very knowledgeable about the products they sell. He is able to recommend shoes and other products to aid in any issues you have with your feet. He takes the time needed to make sure you get the shoes that are best for you and your feet. He is also great with my young nephews ( 10 and 6). He makes them feel very special and they request seeing Jeff when they need new shoes. Will not buy shoes anywhere else.?

I purchased 2 pair of boots, I was given the wrong size for one of the pairs. Wasn’t a big deal mistakes happen, I go back to the exchange the boots for the correct size. The salesman tells me no problem and then proceeded to try and sell me used boots. When brought to his attention that the boots were used and he shouldn’t try to sell them, he then told me “all leather looks different” you be the judge. BRAND NEW leather boots don’t have scratches and creases. You could see where the person who wore them before used one boot to take the other off by the heel. Horrible experience.The fact that you continue to lie about used boots is insane!!!! I literally have the pictures of the boots with scratches and creases on them! Your store is a joke, I have shopped at Tradehome in KS NE and SD and I have never received such terrible service!!!! You as an “owner” should be ashamed.

It's rare to find a shoe store that offers service like this nowadays. I wish I had taken note of the gentleman's name who helped us yesterday, thank you. One of our sons has Sever's disease. He's a man sized child with size 13 feet already. The doctor said to get him good supportive shoes to alleviate some pain. We aimlessly browsed a few shoe stores in the mall. Upon entering this one, he was asked what he was looking for. Asked to sit down and the salesman brought out numerous pairs of shoes. Through the process of elimination, a pair was picked! He also recommended some good insoles, and I'm glad I forgot the Dr also suggested those. The shoe buying process seemed completely overwhelming until we went here. I really appreciate how you treated my son.

The service here is second to none. Very helpful and kind people. Excellent selection, love from Canada! Jeff spent alot of time with my family and explained everything in a way that we could understand, hats off to Jeff!

This week I shopped at Ttadehome shoes for the 1st time at the Oakwood Mall in EauClaire store #2 and I had wonderful service was educated about shoes they determined what shoe would fit my foot best. I worked with Noah Baxter, I was very satisfied.

Been coming to this store for a matter of years now and really enjoy the service by the staff members. I have mainly dealt with Noah, Richard and Sam and each one of them are excellent at their job and are very intelligent about their products. I have not been disappointed by anything I have purchased here, they have honored warranties and do an exceptional job at taking care of their customers.They have competitive prices and will even special order something in your size should they not have it. Fantastic company to deal with!

Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to find and help me try on a bunch of different options until I found the right pair for me. I am on my feet all day for work and they helped me find the best shoes I've ever had.

Today was my second time going here, I’ve gone to this place twice for work shoes, the first time was a good experience very quick and helpful this second time buying work shoes went also extremely well I was very very impressed with the service I received there, I went In wanting something to correct my horrendous back pain I’ve been having from work and wonderful associates named Noah helped me, he was an awesome employee he first had me step on a machine and recommended me some inserts which was so amazing he was very knowledgeable and was able to give me accurate information on why my feet have been hurting and causing back pain, so then after the inserts were chosen he picked a few shoes our for me and I told him that honestly the shoes are great but I wanted to find a shoe that’s my style and brand I like that I can also wear to work and be comfortable in, I mentioned I liked the brand DC really well so he ran to the back and picked me out some dc’s I was in love with the shoes and then he put the inserts in them, now not only do I get to have shoes that I absolutely love the look of but also can be comfortable in and wear to work, I’m so extremely happy, I walked on the shoes all day today and can confirm that my back and foot pain are 100% better, I’m so relieved and almost in tears because I’m so happy that I finally don’t have to deal with the extreme pain I was in! Give Noah a raise!!
