“All Season Tire Pros are a great choice for repairs in Eau Claire, but keep in mind they are TIRE pros. I worked with them when my car overheated, but unfortunately they were unable to resolve the issue.
BUT, I can still recommend them due to their honesty and professionalism. Yes the car took a while, but they were communicative throughout, notifying me of delays. They have loaner cars at a very reasonable price, and in my case, they comped the loaner for me due to repair delays. And finally, their evaluation cost is on the lower end in town, meaning that even if you don’t work with them, they are still able to accurately identify what is wrong with the vehicle.”

“Super amazing people to work with! I recently moved here. I first took my truck to accurate auto because google said they were one of the best in the area. But I had such a bad experience with them. They lied to me about several things and cost me thousands of dollars. They ended up breaking more than they fixed. Went in with no check engine light on to leave with it not going off. So I took my truck to birch street auto for a second opinion. Which I am so happy I did! They were so upfront and honest with me from the beginning. They were actually able to tell me that the parts the other place put in were faulty and they also helped me through how to go about that and get that resolved. They fixed my truck in a timely matter and even took the time to look it over throughly to make sure nothing else was wrong. My mom just passed away and things have been so hard. And this place took so much weight off my shoulders without even knowing it! My truck was at accurate auto for over a month. Or should I say inaccurate auto. And this place I was in and out in a couple days. They are angels in disguise to me! Will forever recommend!”
“I found a screw in my tire. So I went here to get it pulled out and repaired. They pulled out the screw and made sure my tire was not leaking. It wasn't so they returned my car to me and didn't charge me anything! The service was very quick and I did not make an appointment ahead of time.
