DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! I bought a pair of Keen boots that are the most uncomfortable boot I've ever worn. I wore them for 2 days at work and decided the immense pain in my feet was too much to handle so I contacted the company and returned them for a refund. They returned the boots back to me and said since I wore them I can't return them? How else is someone supposed to know they would hurt your feet? I've dealt with other boot companies and never ever had any issues. This company is a joke and has horrible customer service. They got their money.

Live and learn.... you pay for returns which 1 pair was 39 US dollars and the ones I switched with was not comfortable but will nit return because it costs 39$... will not go here again.... do your research before you go here.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Says free shipping on returns but can't get a hold of anyone and cost $14 to ship the shoes back. Stay away.

They don't even send you your order, I mean order these shoes from them over 2 months ago and haven't received them. And I've reached out to them and nobody will get back to me to let me know what's going on. I'm starting to get really mad at these people.

I bought work shoes from them at the end of april , used them til October and they started tearing in front where your foot naturally bends . sent them pics to show where the damage was and they decided it was normal wear and tear and will not replace them even though they have a 12 month warranty .

I'm a retired US Air Force veteran with 22 years of service. Currently I'm working for the US Navy and required to use steel toe shoes. During my employment I've purchased approximately 5 pair of shoes from this site without any issues. My last order was the Florsheim work shoes FS2472 9D for $126.99. When the shoes arrived I wore them for 15 minutes and realized they were too tight. This particular shoe is similar to a slip-on style and no room for any additional adjustments. At this point a decided to return the shoes for a different style. Over a month passed without hearing from the company, so I called customer service (Service Representative Mr. Jim/Supervisor Mr. Zoo). The service representative was extremely helpful and decided to speak with the supervisor for some type of resolution. I was asked if I could make the shoes look new again, I don't know how like new is defined but in the mean time I'm out of $130 and no shoes for work. I was told the shoes will be returned to me because the "Item Not Resalable and Visible Outsole Wear." I received the shoes today and they look like new to me, I don't know what else I can do to improve the appearance. In my humble opinion, this process seem to be long and tedious. I'm throughly discussed about the whole experience and feel I'm going to have to take this one"On the Chin." I'll never buy another item from SteelToe.com (Florsheim) my business and everyone I can tell about the blanton disregard for customer service on social media. Seem like the company needs to get rid of the poor leadership.

Shoes are good but the company is not. They say they will exchange shoes with no cost. Then lie about the returning shoes being "worn condition". This company does not live up to it's mission statement. Go with Amazon who honors almost all returns.

I have ordered boots 2 times from Steel Toe Shoes and have been totally satisfied. Going to place a third order this payday. My boots look good and feel great. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. Baffles me.

I had bought shoes from them for about 400 bucks and when I got them I didn't think much of it but they didn't accept my returns because the shoes were defective and due to that the shoes were not ineffective. Busing from these guys would just mean throwing money away use a different website

Ordered steel toe shoes from them got them size was right but they were narrow narrow. Sent back for exchange, of course they didn't have a replacement in that style so paid little more and got next style up. they came and the width is right but they are small. Now they want me to pay for shipping to get the problem corrected. I have worn the same size work boot for 17+ years and have never had issues with fit until I dealt with this company. My guess these are factory 2nds! buy from someone more repitable.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. This company is shadier than an old oak tree. They will do and say whatever they have to to avoid refunding your money for their shitty boots. Returned an awful pair of boots using THEIR address label and they claim they never received it, even though USPS tracking shows it was received. Save yourself the aggravation and avoid this terrible company that is family owned by a group of snotty people. They don't have the first clue what customer service is. And their boots are just as bad!

Avoid this company!!!! First of all, my husband ordered wide shoes. When they came they pinched his feet. When I called because the shoes were marked 10 not 10W the rep told me all their shoes are wide. Ok, so we ordered a half size larger and were going to send the others back and use the free return shipping. NOPE. They wouldn't honor it because we ordered another pair. The customer service woman was a snot! What terrible customer service they have. And, the 2nd pair of shoes were tight. My husband can't wear them. Wake up STEEL TOE SHOES, you're going to lose out to the big stores with better service. I tried to leave a review on the Steel Toe shoes website but there is not where to leave one. Guess why????? My husband had great luck with the Ortho Feet company. Go there instead. Great shoes and great return policy,,,,,though we didn't need to use it because the first pair of shoes fit like a glove.
