Great service. I have always able to contact management when I have a question. The property has a gated, secure entry, and their online billing is very convenient. Highly recommend if you are looking for a storage unit in the area.

I trusted Southview Mini Warehouse to store my personal belongings in a safe and secure storage area. Southview failed miserably. These units have an extremely high incidence of break ins compared to other storage facilities in the area. The "High Security" advertised are the "High Security Brand Locks" and has nothing to do with actually supplying some or any form of actual "security" as in cameras or security system. Prepare to pay extra to insure your property, as this is an ongoing problem that has never been addressed by Southview. These photos were taken after a breakin that involved quite a few units. As the photos show, these breakin's are done from the inside where no locks were ever cut The "High Security" failed again, Miserably. Negligent response to numerous such breakin's.Only time action is taken is when a tenant is late on payments. Smell the GREED! .. "We Are Sorry" = Yes You Are .. A very sorry excuse. 42 Burglaries over 12 months? No other storage area in Eau Claire comes close to that record! I rented a storage unit 2 different times at Southview over the years. The prices were always reasonable. I never had any issues either of the time's I rented from Southview. If I was going to be a couple days late I notified the owners and they were accomodating.

Very organized and polite owners who I’ve been able to get in contact with whenever it’s needed. I love the location, and the security hasn’t been a problem. I would recommend this company for anyone’s storage needs!

I had a great experience with storage here. The owners were very friendly and very accommodating. The prices were great and we didn’t have any issues. We’d highly recommend Southview to any of our friends if they needed to store anything.

Liar! Very poorly managed! I was late one month. Was locked out and they used my stuff. Took a ladder, vacuum cleaner and lots of other equipment and was using it! Isn’t that theft!? Very dishonest!!!! If there was a minus star this place would get -5 ... go somewhere else you will be happy you did!!!
