I have been to a lot of different eye clinics and I think it's hard to find a place that fits you. Since I've moved back home and changed insurances a friend recommended Shopko Optical to me. While it would seem not everyone is as caring or personal as patients would always like, there is one technician who stands out from the group. Kurt. Kurt has worked in optomology for a long time and even once retired, but then he came back. I will go to no one else but him. I have never had such a genuine person help me before, and I truly struggle with eye things. He's gotten me in to see my Dr in an emergency, helped my daughter play with 100 different pairs of glasses, helped me find the best deals, and given me his whole hearted opinion when picking out glasses. This man truly cares about his patients and I NEED everyone to know ❤️. Another small shout out to Dr Manke for getting me in on such short notice and helping feel comfortable again with my eyes!

Best experience I've ever had shopping for glasses. Erica was super friendly and immediately knew the exact frames I hoped to find. From there, she went above and beyond with being careful, thorough, and precise with the measurements. She explained the various add-ons and upgrades but without any pressure. I made sure to request her also for the fitting...again very friendly, helpful, and a seamless process. I'd provide 6 stars if that was an option.

Amy what's nice and understanding she found exactly what I wanted not taking long she already had 5 five Star reviews under her name she found the exact fit color and shape I wanted she made the experience enjoyebull even when I was stressed to find the best pare for me I recommend her to help you for the best experience ?

I come here for my annual check up, the staff is always great, but normally I get Erica, she's fun, lighthearted and knows a lot. And she always does amazing. I do highly recommend this place.
