I had some difficulty with the paint I initially purchased. It was not turning out the correct color and no one was sure why. Gordon at the Sherwin-Williams on Hamilton was extremely patient and helpful as he figured out why my paint was not drying the correct color. It took a lot of trips back and forth to the store unfortunately, but we were finally able to figure out the issue and I am extremely happy with the results. I am even more happy with the caring staff and the service I received throughout this frustrating process. I will continue to purchase all of my paint through them as they have gained a lifelong customer, and I will suggest them to anyone and everyone for their superior color-matching and excellent customer service!

Would give zero stars. This is by far the worst sherwin williams store. Must be the store they send rejects to. Had a gallon of stain custom matched by them and I go to pick it up and the can the stain was in was totally crushed so I ask the salesman what’s up with the can being crushed and the guy shrugs his shoulder’s. I shop at this store a couple times a week and am done with the totally unprofessional clowns at this location. You would think the company would want you leaving there store with an oil based product in a safe container. Shame on management at this location. Quality going down prices going up. EVERY 5 gal bucket of paint I get is loaded with trash in the paint therefore leaving me to strain everything.

What husband and I were doing a very large paint project, painting the exterior of our house. The gentleman in Sherwin-Williams helped me so greatly over the past four days of this project. I had to keep going back to the store for more paint as our house was sucking it up faster than we anticipated. Every time I went I was treated kindly and helped very quickly. The two gentlemen took the paint out to my car every time. Louis and Dylan were my heroes for this project. Thank you again guys!

I’ve been a loyal customer to Sherwin Williams for 25+ years. Unfortunately, in the past few years I’ve had very unpleasant customer service with Brett. I gave him the benefit of the doubt on my first encounter with him, but every encounter since I’ve experienced the same rude, condescending behavior. It’s gotten to the point where I’ve now chosen to go to the Sherwin Williams on Hastings to avoid the possibility of having to conduct business with him. If management is reading this is, I suggest that you send a female family member in with questions and see how they feel about his treatment to them. After talking with friends and family, I’m not the only one who has experienced Brett’s poor customer service. If having to deal with customer’s paint questions is so horrible to him, maybe it’s time to rethink his career choice and move on.

Tried to find an email address to send concerns to rather than a google review. Employee Brett not helpful or friendly and seemed bothered by doing his job. We got what we needed but less than impressed with the service. I would suggest going to other Eau Claire store.

Customer service was terrible. Each question asked was met with sighs with a minimal unhelpful response. Asked for a yellow paint to be mixed based on a previous purchase. Was surprised to have bright pink paint. Worker did not show the paint when finished mixing or mention it was bright pink and not yellow. I called to talk but the worker just said it was my fault for saying he should mix the paint. Caring and helpful customer service might have mentioned the paint was pink when I had asked for yellow.

Loved the paint and the variety of options. Place could be decorated nicer and paint is expensive.
