More like Sew INcomplete. We were HOPING to be happy customers of this shop. Instead, we were greeted by annoyed looks from the local quilt club, clearly holding their monthly meeting…during business hours, in the middle of the tiny shop. The ladies showed us nothing but disgust. Someone eventually said hello, but it was clear we were an interruption. We were made to feel like we were out of place immediately, and only the gentleman working downstairs showed us any sort of genuine, customer service. Our advice? Drive up the road to Pine Hollow in Stanley, where you’ll be welcomed with open arms, and be on your quilting way.

Went there thinking I needed a new tire for my bobbin winder. I was kindly shown how to adjust the machine myself to wind the bobbin all the way. They easily could have just taken me for a few bucks! Will definitely return for my sewing needs.

This is a lovely, comprehensive sewing machine, fabric and everything you need shop. Extensive collections of thread, patterns, just amazing what they have in this bright, open shop. Her fabric is high quality and a wonderful selection. Knowledgeable, professional owners personally help you, so you leave with everything for your project. I highly recommend this small business. Well worth the trip :)

I have had my Bernina aerviced there several times. I have been very satisfied with the prompt service and Lee explained what he had done and what I can do to troubleshoot. Great assortment of lovely fabrics and thread.

I called the store with a question and there was no answer. I drove over and walked in. Beautiful array of threads and supplies. Unfortunately there was no one working. Despite the “open” sign in the window and the unlocked front door, there was no one in sight. I said “hello?” a couple times thinking maybe someone was in back. No response. Waited for a few minutes before leaving and going to John’s Sewing Center. Disappointed in Sew Complete.

Great local store with wonderful service. Lots of sewing machine options with a wide assortment of support and classes for every level of learner. You will not be disappointed!
