They want $6 for a USED towel. I can get them brand new at target for $3. What is the deal with thrift stores now a days it’s not even cost effective to shop here anymore. Prices are MORE than brand new.

I don’t understand how they can not have fitting rooms but also have a no refund policy. Only an exchange policy. People want to make sure items fit before buying them. Kinda pricey for a thrift store too. Staff is also not very helpful now that they mainly have self checkouts.

Savers has over time gotten worse and worse. I'm absolutely appalled by the customer service they demonstrated today when disputing how any ripped jacket could be priced at 20$. The associate replied it's been marked to "A" quality by the stockers so the price reflects, and I will not mark it down. After asking to speak to the manager to which he said he was I attempted to dispute the FACT that the coat is ripped and that the marked quality should reflect that, as should the price. The manager clearly has no critical thinking skills because when confronted with facts he got all pissy and refused to negotiate accordingly. I will not be finding myself returning to this shithole anytime soon.

I spent over $80, including a suit jacket, so I was hoping to keep the hanger to ensure it wouldn’t crease. The manager made a huge deal about how they reuse a hanger, humiliating me in front of others. Won’t be coming back here again!

The whole family is always able to find something they want or need. I love the great deal they have on books. The staff is always friendly and able to help.

Terrible service. High prices. Rude staff. No dressing rooms and you only have 2 weeks to exchange anything for store credit. After that, or if no receipt they won’t exchange or do anything for you. Tags were still attached and still no. The rude employee said “You can donate it to us again and I can give you a coupon for 20% off if you want”. Umm no. I’ll go donate it to Goodwill for nothing. Will never return. Do better Savers—especially considering ALL of your inventory is FREE, and likely donated by your own customers!

Three Saver employees standing around at end of check out. I went to get help one and was told I had to go to self checkout. I headed over and simply said, I like people and the one who told me I had to go to self checkout, “Too bad for you!” I’d taken an hour to get what I came for and needed so I paid and left otherwise I would have left everything there. I’m old and have arthritis.

A bit overwhelming when they're busy, but what place isn't?! Always lots of good things to look through! The self check system makes checking out a lot faster than it used to be!

Bring back the dressing rooms! It was so nice when you could try on clothes in store before buying. It's disappointing that they are now gone and seem to have no plans of returning. Good selection, though prices have been going up. Deals are harder to find than they used to be, but such is life.

I am a frequent customer here! Great stuff! However there has been a dozen times including tonight that they lock the doors 20 minutes early. In no opinion they should lock at closing time which is 9:00 o’clock! Not 8:45. Come on guys your better then that!!!

Prices are ridiculous for second hand items. So many reviews say the same thing about prices to high. Very poor business practice to ignore the reviews. It's also #1 reason a company goes bankrupt overnight.

No dressing rooms, you have to return item if it doesn't fit. I live an hour away, not doing that. Staff is rude, no checkouts manned by an actual person. Items are EXPENSIVE as hell for a thrift store. Never returning, they don't deserve anyone's money.
