We just wanted a simple white cake for our wedding so we could decorate as we so pleased. The cake was more so for pictures, as we purchased other desserts from Sam's Club for our dessert bar. We placed our order for the cake the week of, and the cake was ready that Saturday morning, the day of our wedding. My dad was able to pick up the cake and we got it decorated before everyone started to arrive. The cake was moist, and the cost was very budget friendly. If you are a DIYer and want to save money for your wedding, I highly recommend going with Sam's Club!

Ordered tires online and the order never fully processed. I tried to call the Eau Claire club and was rerouted due to "high call volumes" I explained my question about my order to the customer service and they transferred me to the local club. It rang and rang and then hung up. I tried the next day and was rerouted again and the customer service wasn't about to get anyone in any department to answer so they said I needed to go into the club which is very inconvenient since I live an hour away. I went in and had to wait 10 minutes before anyone showed up to help. The auto department did fix my order but I watched as the girl in member services played on her phone while doing nothing. That's very high call volumes apparently. Clearly they have the phones turned off. Overall, the club just isn't interested in customer service.

Mike in the tire center is amazing and does a great job even short handed but needs some support to help him. Lisa who use to work in tires on the receiving desk was amazing as well and Lisa’s knowledge of tires was super helpful in picking tires that were right for the car and we have been happy with them ever since.The tire center could use more help because they always are running and short handed. Great job on such a small staff. I hope you get some help!

I had to wait quite a bit to renew my membership... made me mad. They no longer give you a military discount on a gift card. You have to wait to get it on your membership... this is a crock. My service to the United States never took 3 to 7 days.

The first time I shopped there, I had a question and, wanting to be polite, I started with polite conversation, but before I could ask my question, the employee rolled her eyes at me and walked away. I tried asking another employee, but THAT person dismissed my question altogether and changed the subject.The café was the only okay thing for me there, but I won’t be coming back to that location.

I would definitely recommend using the scan and go option on the app. It's so much faster, you skip the line, and just head to the exit once you've checked out on your phone. Overall, I love Sam's Club, especially the bite-sized brownies. Mmmmmmm.....

Your auto service personal are so good. Dead battery in Sams parking lot on a Friday night. June 23. EAU Claire. 93 degrees. I believe his name is Jason. Helped me out. Unbelievable that there are good caring people there. Give him a raise. Thank you for caring. Jeff,Scott and John. And the person with the broken foot.

Store is going down hill, the produce is old - if they have it, the rotisserie chickens are small now and who ever is roasting them isn't letting the skin brown up more than once I've had to reheat at home because they were not done completely. We rely on the chickens heavily because it used to be a bargain but lately we have had to pass on them. Allowing AT&T to harrass people as they walk in the door is a major turn off, I end up walking 3 or 4 rows away so i dont have to repeat no thank you 10 times. Employees need have retraining on customer service the people at the door are grouchy.

We bought a chair and carpet, Andrew helped us and went far beyond his requirement to help us. He even helped load it when Noone showed up to help get in car. A big thanks to Andrew from Eau Claire , Wisconsin store.

Very disappointed! I tried to use scan & go, but it wouldn't allow me to unless I signed on to their Wi-Fi. I do not use unsecured networks, not even to save money!
