It is a very clean and nice place/value with larger rooms and breakfast uncles. The rooms are pretty sound proof too.The only downside is that there isn't much around within walking distance but they do have some nice walking paths for the future.

My family and I had a great time staying at this hotel! It is lovely inside - very clean and welcoming. We had fun at the pool, and the workout room is really nice. Breakfast was good, and the woman who runs it is really thoughtful and kind. The only issue was that the chairs in the breakfast area and in the rooms would scrape and need softies on the bottom so you don't hear it. I wrote that in my review to Marriott just a few days ago, and I have already received an email from the front desk stating that they are looking into it to fix the issue -- which is pretty great service. I will be back in future Eau Claire visits!

Eau Claire is a beautiful town worth exploring. The hotel right off highway 53. Very clean, nice fitness and pool

So glad we chose Residence Inn as it was very clean throughout the facility! The customer service was helpful, polite. The breakfast was great and hot! There was a large variety of breakfast items to choose from.Parking was well lit, clean and not pot holes.I will definitely recommend to friends to choose this hospitality for their next stay as will I!

Stayed here with my husband and 2 dogs. We stayed in a king bed room which was very spacious and consistent offerings of other Residence Inn we stayed at. I was so grateful they put us on a room near the exit door for convenient potty breaks. It was quiet and the outdoor space to let the dogs out was massive! A huge perk if you are traveling with dogs. As others mentioned, it’s a few minutes out of the main hub but I enjoyed that and was so easy to get to shops in Eau Claire or Leiniekugel Brewery!

Brand new and super clean. The team was extremely friendly. The room was huge, full kitchen, full-size refrigerator, and freezer. Sperate little living area connected to the bedroom. Very comfortable bed. It does have a stand-up shower that has the back open, so it does get a little cold.

This hotel was awesome! We stayed Wednesday through Sunday for our daughter's wedding. King suite. We had an issue with the living room tv, but the staff worked hard to fix it and compensated us when they couldn't. All our wedding guests who stayed commented on how impressed they were with the rooms. 2nd king suite for the rest of the wedding party. Worked great for getting hair done in one suite and food in the other. Reasonable prices as well. Highly recommend!

disappointed the room wasnt cleaned as it should have been sink dirty, used paper towel, extra bedding hadnt been replaced and a childs shoes found when we moved the foot rest. Got a weak apology and we will do better next time !

It's so nice still though for 4 people pretty cramped. The hotel doors look like apartment doors. They have a snack bar next to where you eat breakfast which not a wide variety of options but ok. The room is clean and has a full sized fridge

This hotel is the BEST hotel!! The hotel is extremely clean, the staff always have smiles on and they are willing to help!! Whenever I visit Eau Claire, this will be my home away from home. Rooms are excellent and clean. Breakfast is laid out nice and plenty of commons area to enjoy with other patrons. I wish every hotel was like this one!!

This was an amazing stay. We had a family group all staying here for a wedding. They were able to accommodate all our needs, staff were outstanding! Anyone we talked with, I mean anyone was so helpful, professional, amazingly friendly and truly looked liked they loved their job. Thank you for making our stay a great one!
