I met with Trent to discuss vehicle trade in. He was very responsive and was able to accommodate our time frames.
We test drove 4 vehicles within 2 days, he was very patient and knowledgeable of the vehicles.
When it came to purchasing, it was a breeze. He and the rest of the team involved in our experience were absolutely wonderful! Would highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience buying a new car. Shue our salesman was very good. He was very courteous and very polite. Overall, it was a good experience. We had to wait a little bit longer than expected to sign our paperwork, but that’s to be expected. After all situations come up that no one has any control over.

I WAS HUMILIATED BY SHUE VANG WHEN I ARRIVED FOR MY APPOINTMENT.AFTER A FEW MINUTES,TWO POTENTIALS ARRIVED WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT AND SHUE DROPPED ME FOR THEM.
I HAVE NEVER FELT MORE DISRESPECTED WHEN SHUE SPENT MORE TIME WITH THEM THAN WITH ME WHO HAD AN APPOINTMENT.HE DISRESPECTED ME.
I TEST DROVE A 2025 SPORTAGE AND WAS GOING TO BUY IT.I JUST NEEDED HIM TO CLEAR UP A MATTER WITH THE BUSINESS MANAGER.
I RECENTLY BOUGHT ONE FORTE HERE AND WANTED A LARGER CAR,BUT SHUE LEFT ME IN HIS OFFICE AND ATTENDED TO THOSE POTENTIALS WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT.
AGAIN,I WAS GOING TO BUY THAT 2025,BUT AFTER THE DISRESPECT I RECEIVED FROM SHUE,I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM PRESTIGE AGAIN.
THATS NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS!

Purchasing the vehicle was very good… however, we’ve had issue with our car since we purchased it January 2024…. the biggest issue being the engine. The car has been in their shop since the beginning of April 2024 with complete engine failure. 8 weeks later was told problem was fixed. Drove it off the lot to Kwik Trip across the street and the exact same issue occurred on the “replaced” engine. Now waiting to see how they handle this problem. Very disappointed with service department and lack of communication.
