“I had some difficulty with the paint I initially purchased. It was not turning out the correct color and no one was sure why. Gordon at the Sherwin-Williams on Hamilton was extremely patient and helpful as he figured out why my paint was not drying the correct color. It took a lot of trips back and forth to the store unfortunately, but we were finally able to figure out the issue and I am extremely happy with the results. I am even more happy with the caring staff and the service I received throughout this frustrating process. I will continue to purchase all of my paint through them as they have gained a lifelong customer, and I will suggest them to anyone and everyone for their superior color-matching and excellent customer service!”
