My first experience with National Car Rental was good but not great. The customer service was solid (although they did not mention their cleaning routine). When I got to the car it smelled badly (smoke, urine or weed or a combo of all) and there were stains on the passenger seat. During Covid I feel it is even more important that everything is sanitized and smells clean. National disappointed me and I got the sense they're not taking customer safety seriously.

We arrived in Eau Claire airport at 1pm and find out that National Car Rental (we booked 3 months in advance) is closed until 8pm! You would think they would notify you when you book it that the office is going to be closed during your arrival time. Now we have to wait around for 7hrs, get an over priced taxi to take us back and forth until then, or get another service. I choose get another service! What nonsense. They should make their customers aware they close in the middle of the day!

Staff is always friendly and go out of their way to make you happy. Ive been using this location for car rental for business use over the last year and would not use anyone else.

Very disappointed in service received from this company. We reserved a 15 passenger van in January for family vacation in March. Checked couple times in February and all was a go. The night before we were to pick up our van they called at 6:15pm and said they could not get us a 15 passenger van but they had two mini vans we could take. Well needless to say this did not work for us with drivers, etc!! We told them we expected them to find us a van, but as you can probably guess they never did. We ended up going to Minneapolis to the Avis dealer and they got us the van we needed! Thank you Avis!

Very disappointed in service from this company. We reserved a 15 passenger van in January for family vacation in March. We checked on our reservation twice in the couple months leading up to the time we were to pick up the van. The night before our vacation we received a call from this company that they couldn't get us a van but they had 2 mini vans for us. Well needless to say this did not work with drivers, etc.that we had. We told them we expected them to find us a van but as you can guess this didn't happen. Luckily we were able to go to Minneapolis and rent a 15 passenger from Avis with no problem. Amazing how they could get one but National couldn't find one anywhere!!
