Came in to get a light read. One of the workers decided it was a good idea to start laughing hysterically, presumably at my situation, while I was still in the store. They also were incapable of reading a previous code as my code wasn't "active". I will never return or spend money at a NAPA store now.

Coming from Chicago we had an issue with the duel door on our van not opening. Stopped at Napa for advice. Even though it was only 10 degrees Wayne grabbed his coat and we headed outside. He helped me get the door open and then lubricated the hinge to make sure it was working. My family and I are so thankful for Wayne. Lifesaver!

We were having car troubles on a road trip and stopped at this Napa location. Lane went above and beyond. He charged our battery, got us an appointment at a auto shop and found us a part to fix our vehicle. I would highly recommend.

The 2 guys closing were the best. They were very helpful even stayed open late to let us in. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I can say Napa has become our auto store.
