highly recommend! Went in last minute because my muffler fell clean off. The nice guy got me in right away, took a look at it and quoted me 5x less than other shops for fixing both mufflers. Super fast fix and super polite, explained the whole process and showed me each step!

Excellent in all ways !! First choice , always busy, but wait if you can. #1 in anything exhaust related and one of two best mechanics I’ve found in EAU Claire area. Very knowledgeable and and is fair… I’m confident with them working on my vehicles.

Highly recommend this shop. They fixed an issue that I had with my vehicle and had been trying to fix at other shops since August. Ryan was able to look at my vehicle and almost immediately know what was going on with it. It has been almost a week and Its like driving a new vehicle. If you are new in town, or if you have issues trusting repair shops, this is the place to go! Also wanted to shout out Courtney for having amazing costumer service. Truly felt that the people at this shop cared about doing quality work.

Horrible customer service. Todd was a real jerk. When I brought my car in he started to raise his voice, be rude and make accusations. Car was "fixed" but I had to bring it back the next week. I called in to have car looked at because it was making noise. I mentioned how rude Todd was, and they told me to ignore him because he was going through a breakup with his girlfriend. I brought it in on a Friday morning, Todd took it apart, then said it will be fixed some time on Monday and refused to give me my keys back and said there's nothing I can do. I needed my apartment keys. Todd said I should have taken them off before, and that it's not his problem. I had medicine in my place I could not get too. The car was fixed right the second time (I hope). I have never in my life had this bad of customer service. FIRE TODD!!!! I would rather pay a dealership 3X than go back here again. I wish there was a lower score than just 1 star.

They fixed my exhaust for less than half of what others quoted. In addition, the final cost was less than the estimate! Work was done exactly as described, and my vehicle is quiet again. Very timely as well. Would recommend!

I didn't know Ryan owned this place, quick onto the hoist, quick to diagnose the dealership stated "Y pipe" issue, quick replacement of the flex joint. Good price! When I need a hoist again I'll for sure return. Thank you Ryan, Courtney and the beautiful dogs.

I have used Mighty Muffler for repairs on multiple vehicles and have always been satisfied with their service. They are the best and sometimes booked out but worth the wait. On one occasion I had another repair shop unable to complete a repair and they brought the vehicle to Mighty Muffler and they were able to fix it. I've known Ryan for many years now! You will not find anyone more honest, fair and understanding in the business! He's been working on cars, trucks, bikes and anything with an engine for a long time! Solid guy! I can not say this enough! He won't lie to you! He's in the business to make money just like you need a car or truck fixed. I challenge you to shop around if you don't like what he's got to say because I know for a fact he's spot on with his prices and is more then fair when it comes to automotive work. Highly highly recommend!
