This store and this crew really know customer service and care. The service person Stephanie and her Manager Jake are ready to do what it takes for any customer. I highly recommend this phone service and this location.

Amazing customer service from Jake at this store. I can't speak highly enough of the help I received with what I needed here. I have lived in many states and worked at multiple places that require good PR including Disneyworld, and he is a class act. I am very impressed and definitely recommend him to anyone needing service with their phone.

Jake the rep on duty was awesome. I have been having issues since being in Wisconsin and went into the store an instantly Jake was able to fix my problem. Highly recommend this location ?

I like this store and it location but Metro needs to better their services cause it's not the people at this location but the main company that needs work?!!

I received Great customer service in the store. I left for a month to try tmoble. I came back after one month. Tmoble pre-paid was slower by far than metro. T mobile also had rude and diseptive workers in there store. Not the case at metro. Better prepaid internet for 24 dollars cheaper than tmoble and Great in-store service from Jake in Eau Claire WI. Thanks Metro.

Had the best experience at the store in eau claire. The young men there were very professional. I'm so happy I switched to metro by t-mobile.

Staff is always understanding and helpful, as well as try to get you the best phone and plan option that works for you! Never a complaint when I leave the store!

The whole time I was there to get new phone lady was busy arguing with her family one the phone. Was very unprofessional.Was sold one phone case but got switched because they were out. Was told I could come back and they would give me one I paid for when it came in. I go back and they try and recharge me for the case I paid for. And then the lady said she would have to pay for it out of her pocket. And wouldn't be able to until pay day. Also when she put screen protector on it had bubbles she said she would replace that as well. Was told same thing she would have to pay for it. I feel I have been scammed will not go back to this location again.

Stopped in today (Menomonie store is closed) and boy am I glad we did. Justine was absolutely amazing and awesome. She was kind and inviting as well as informative on lines, phones and deals. BEST BEST experience I've had in a metro store and I've had metro for 5+ years.

Got my phone from Justine yesterday and she was amazing. Knew all about the plans and phones I asked about and was very very kind to my daughter, girlfriend and myself. She gets a 10/10 from us.
