This review is about holidays mega car wash that they have across the street from there gas station. I have a unlimited car wash pass every month but its hard to use it because they always have it closed! I can see when the temps 0• or below but not when its 30• and sunny outside...this is been happening more n more latley, also poor up keep on the car wash, they don't shovel the path to get in to even start but I see bunch of people standing around smoking ciggerettes at the lube....think I may switch to Kwik trip cause its getting old!

This place is not keeping pace with Kwik Trip. It is open 24 hours. And has Pat at the pump. The air pump is in an awkward spot and often isn't turned on. There is a subway store inside, which is nice because they don't offer the depth of grab and go food at Mega like Kwik Trip. The beer selection has gotten worse. They used to offer some local brews, maybe it didn't sell, but now it's mostly big brewery beer, which I don't care for. You can buy beer until midnight in Altoona, unlike Eau Claire which is 9 pm. Also, if you need to exchange propane tanks, go to Woodmans, it's significantly less expensive. I personally haven't had any customer service issues with the staff, they are always friendly.

This location has very friendly staff, and the manager has been around for awhile and keeps their staff focused on customer satisfaction.
