Went to sell something here the guy was more straightforward then pawn co why they couldn’t buy what I had. I definitely will come back and buy from them because they are honest.

Do not trust this place! Pawned an item on CONTRACT and they broke the contract. sold the item before the last payment was even due. Horrible customer service. Save yourself the trouble and go to national pawn.

Tried to sell a 14k gold necklace, giy at the counter takes a magnet to it and calls it fake. Mind you ITS 14K meaning with alloys. Didn’t take the time of day to scratch it to actually test. Instead Called me an idiot

Some incredibly high prices for pawned items here... is this retail? I really doubt that the amount given for most all the inventory was even close to 20% of the sticker price. ...Must be nice (to own a pawn shop like this).

Brought in my 175$ speaker and they offered 25$ for it even on eBay they go for 140 I would let go for even bill but the worker was on straight crack

Stopped in to look around and see if there was anything of interest. The place is kind of gross. Smells very strongly of smoke, very dirty, and there is an extremist vibe going on. From what I've heard, it hasn't always been like this, and judging by the positive reviews they had a few years ago, I'd say that's probably true. I guess these days I'd recommend skipping this stop if you're looking to buy or sell.

They do not respond to emails, and when I went in and spoke with an employee directly they said they would take anything related to video games including sports titles and said they would pay half of ebay sold listings. The next day I brought in hundreds of games, and they only wanted the good games and refused to take the sports titles.There is no point to sell video games here. Sell the good stuff online and throw away the cheap stuff and you will make more. Alternatively go up the hill less than a minute and do business with National Pawn. Nation is way friendlier and much more fair with pricing.On a side note the store is very cluttered and dirty, and prices are very high.
