The staff at the Mayo Onalaska Pharmacy are top notch. They have went above and beyond to locate a medication for me that has been on backorder for 2 months. That is going above and beyond what I'd ever expect, and shows they have a true concern for my health. It's people like them who make Mayo such a great place.

Extremely bad customer service and over priced on all their products. CSR's are entitled and rude. They don't care about people just money. Some of their OTC products are half the dosage and priced higher than the major chain pharmacies.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!!! This place is the WORST pharmacy ever. Every time i go to them to get my refill of medications, they take 1 to 2 hours to do it. On top of that they screw up my prescriptions by giving me the wrong order!!!!!!Im switiching to another pharmacy- ive had enough of this place!!!!
