“I live in an apartment building, second floor, with an extremely narrow staircase. The first couch I bought was too wide to fit though the turn of the stairs (this was completely my fault-- I mis-measured). When I came back, Angela was so kind and determined to get a couch up these dang stairs. She found me one that worked perfectly! Also the delivery team was so nice even when I accidently wrote the arrival time down wrong and was still at work when they arrived the first time. They came back later and fought with the stairs for me.

“Excellent service from Kal, Jim, and everyone at Karl’s! The installers were professional, as always, and did an amazing job of using care while going thru our house with the appliances and communicating what could be done by me, as the homeowner, to improve the fridge/water hookup and the stove 220 floor plug since they do not offer those services. Kal and Jim helped with changes to our order and even made the rebate process fairly seamless. We love all the new LG kitchen appliances and we have been satisfied with the previous purchases of the 2 washer/dryer sets and our previous fridge over the past 15 years or so. We also love Karl’s warranty program since I believe they give you half back in store credit if they do not get used. This is the best place that I have experienced for home appliances. Thank you!”
