Gregg was awesome, knowledgeable, patient and very kind while we deliberately were sourcing the different mattresses and learning about new brands and technology- all while our very inquisitive son was on his own quest to find a future bed. Gregg made us a big fan of Mattress Firm policies, prices and future purchases of our next bed(s). The price was very comparable to other retailers around.

Love the bed, didn't love the 4 people I had to go thru just to be sent back to person #1 to fix a broken part. Warranty issues should be easier to address.

The young man who was working there the day I came to look at mattresses was superb! I intended to look there and then check out other places for mattresses BUT… he did such a nice job of explaining the differences in mattresses that I bought it from him!!!

My biggest issue with purchasing a mattress has to do with inaccurate information regarding inventory on the web site. I drove 3 1/2 hours round trip to buy a mattress only to find out the 3 it said were in stock were not. Ended up ordering and having shipped to my house. If I had known that, I would have just ordered online and saved the wasted trip from Hayward to Eau Claire. TM in the store didn't do anything wrong. I'm just extremely irritated that in the year 2024 you are unable to have your inventory information straight on your website. Definitely not a good first impression of your company, and had I not already gotten a credit card thru your company before driving to your store, I would have walked out and shopped somewhere else.

Got a great deal on an excellent mattress today, in and out of the store in no more than 45 minutes thanks to the fine salesmanship from Brandon, highly recommend him for anyone looking to get a great mattress!
