Lack of communication in the office I had to leave some stuff out along with my truck to drop off are rentalmy wife let a guy in the office know we would be back but didn't know if it would be the same day in the meantime ended up in the ER with a major head injury from an auto accident tried calling numerous times and no answer and mailbox was fullNot even 24 hr they were griping me as a business person would have reached out said hey I know ur truck and stuff is still here is everything ok I know u were here and put in some long days in some long days when it was in the 90

Been going to them for storage units for years and years, staff there has been the same for many of years and are all very kind warm hearted people who are always will to work with you and help when they can. I would definitely recommend Lyden Mini Storage units to anyone who is in need of a little bit more storage for very fair rates!

I currently rent here and I used to recommend this place highly. Used to... not anymore. The day you are late they will red lock you they do not care if your homeless or you JUST made a payment they are MONEY HUNGRY!!! They used to be Christian but now they are so far from God, greed is what they are now. They do not care about people. Please do yourself a favor find somewhere else to rent.

Great prices. You get your money's worth. You can go there when you need to or want to. I've gone there at 1:00am to clean up my storage unit and to find a part for a car that I knew was there but not exactly were it was. It took 3 hours to find it I did and left. Had no problems. Except finding it. The owner a great person I've talked to him very nice and concerned person who worries about people. The cashiers in the office are nice to talk to. You can't ask for anything else.
