We have purchased $100s of dollars from this store and paid items off within and ahead of the time frame ! However , this last time, Erica , the manager I believe,treated us totally like criminals just because we told her we were moving and even told her the date we were going to pay the freezer off... she continued to threaten us and state we better not steal the freezer... we paid off the freezer today. And WILL NOT be going back !!

They are so quick to take your money, but not work with you if you need to miss or move a payment. And so quick to want it back if you miss a payment even by a day. And if they have to come get it they will bill you hard for it

The woman was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. The guy was very pushy, not at all knowledgeable, wouldn't let you walk away from him, very creepy. I will never return to Lebakkens.

Most of our home has been furnished by Lebakkens! We can try before we buy, which is great and if you pay off within 90days, there is no interest. We actually managed to get our sectional nearly $1000 cheaper than at the Ashley store.
