I had a couple of really great experiences at Ken Vance Volkswagen, but they've really seemed to go down hill. I asked them twice to not rotate my tires because I still had 2 snow tires on the front and they did it anyway. The cost ended up being $350 over the estimate, even with an almost $200 discount coupon. And charged me $47 to top off my DEF. At my previous visits I was very pleased with the complimentary wash and vacuum (which alone was enough for me to recommend them to anyone), but this visit they skipped the vacuum service. Very bummed that they no longer go above and beyond. Hope they can turn it back around, I love my VW TDI!Update- they did reimburse me almost $200 after I filed a complaint.

I went in for an oil change tire balance and WinterIzation inspection I was very pleased with the service we bought our cx30 in December of 2020 and have had nothing but good luck with it

They will call you and your bank (happened to me) and hassle you about the car you show interest in everyday day until you buy it. When I did finally buy the car it’s been issue after issue, I’ve only had the car for 30 days and been to their shop twice now and my suv is still has something wrong with it that they keep saying is nothing and it’s super safe to drive!!! The shop manager even said that they don’t inspect their used cars at the dealership they have some other place do it so they don’t ever look over the used cars before they put them on the sale lot, the sales people have NO clue what they are selling you they just want to make the sale that’s it that’s all! So many red flags with this dealership and I would never do business with them again and I wouldn’t advise anyone else to either!! Buy cars there at your own risk

Remarkable service, kind and friendly staff very easy to work with. Living an hour and a half away, I will make the drive every time my car needs something done. Jamie and the rest of the staff kept me well informed and updated on the progress of fixing my car and a surprise…. my car has not been this clean since I bought it, inside and out! I cannot thank the staff enough for making the process so smooth! ?

Kind of hard to decide whether or not you want to give them two stars or three at first I thought it was fantastic it was wonderful my daughter was buying her first car with her own money paying cash she found the car she loved the guy told her there was a little Shake in the car when you start going and that it was probably just a spark plug I told him I would take it to my mechanic a little did we know it's the transmission we've only had the car for 2 weeks now not even and they will not fix it she didn't buy the extended warranty and they said it was as is my mechanic even said they knew it was a transmission they just don't want to fix it which is messed up it is my daughter's first car for Christ sakes Wisconsin has the 30-day lemon law but they will not abide by it I get we knew about the shake but they lied to us about what it was and yes my mechanic can fix it but that's not the point they knew what was wrong and they won't fix it we still have 2 weeks for the 30 de lemon law and they will not touch it very highly disappointed my daughter's first car and she paid cash

Ran into a tree and damaged my Passat. Took it in to Ken Vance body shop and they gave me an immediate estimate and date of service. Took less than 2 days to fix and it actually looks better than before the run in with the tree. I am totally happy with their work, service and friendly assistance. Hope not to have to return, but only because I hope not to hit anything anymore. Otherwise, they will be the people I will go to.

I recently purchased a new/used Ford Ranger Tremor package truck here from Michigan, I had all my questions answered over the phone and was able to secure the vehicle a week out so I could make arrangements to pick up. I worked with the Sales Manager Andrew Sonnentag on the deal and took delivery the following weekend. The vehicle was in excellent condition on delivery and had a great 600 miles back home with it. Very professional folks, they were straight and honest the whole way and super easy to work with. I traded in a vehicle, and after I was half way home realized I left my air pods in my trade in. The dealership shipped them back to me and even followed up to ensure I received them. Would recommend for anyone local and out of state.

Really loved buying a car from this dealership, and had a great experience with Nathan Trapp. He was great to work with and was able to get us the car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. This is the second vehicle we bought from Nathan this year, and looking to come back in the next month with our sister to get her a new car as well. Will always check with Nathan first when we are looking for another vehicle. Thanks Nathan for a job well done!

Michelle S is awesome, helpful, friendly, and you know she is doing her absolute best. The service manager is also excellent, kind and attentive I have taken cars there for years, its worth a little extra money as you know your car will be fixed correctly. Plus I have found there are many perks of being a loyal customer (like arguing to get you items covered under warranty)

I found a listing for a vehicle at this dealership a little over 2 weeks ago. Not quite ready to take a look at it in person yet, but not wanting it to be sold to someone else, I put a $500 deposit down. Fast forward to today, I made the drive from Minneapolis and drove off the lot with my new (to me) car! Special thank you to Logan & Matt for making the entire process a breeze.
