Excellent service from Kal, Jim, and everyone at Karl’s! The installers were professional, as always, and did an amazing job of using care while going thru our house with the appliances and communicating what could be done by me, as the homeowner, to improve the fridge/water hookup and the stove 220 floor plug since they do not offer those services. Kal and Jim helped with changes to our order and even made the rebate process fairly seamless. We love all the new LG kitchen appliances and we have been satisfied with the previous purchases of the 2 washer/dryer sets and our previous fridge over the past 15 years or so. We also love Karl’s warranty program since I believe they give you half back in store credit if they do not get used. This is the best place that I have experienced for home appliances. Thank you!

If I could give a rating of 10 stars I would! We were looking for a large French door refrigerator for our American Legion Post and Karls went above and beyond to get us the perfect one for our facility. Our sales associate was awesome and was able to get us to a price within our budget. Thank You Karls!

Very disappointed in the staff; poor communication and customer service. I ordered a specific model grill. Said they had one in stock so I said I would take it and would pick it up assembled in a week. Went to pick it up and not only was it not assembled but still in the box in the warehouse. I had to pick it up from the warehouse, across town, and assemble it and discovered it was not the one I had ordered. When I called them they said it was because it was the newer model and therefore different. When I objected to that explanation and to the lack of them telling me that prior to purchase, he hung up on me. Lesson learned; first and last purchase from Karls.

Purchased a washer from local Karls and had a credit - sales person said it was applied but receipt shows no record...seems rather strange. Washer was delivered timely however upon loading and set up noticed it was filthy dusty - deliver guys said didn't know how that happened and just left it dirty. Pretty disappointed in that part. Have purchased several appliances from Karls and been quite happy, however this experience will keep us shopping next time.

We purchased a refrigerator from Karl’s when it arrived they called right away and delivered it … great delivery great service …I recommend them from the sales people to the tech guys awesome job .

Horrible customer service. My mom was lied to twice regarding parts for her broken dryer. She was told it was on back order when in reality someone never ordered the part, she was told there was no record of her calling, leaving her without a dryer for several weeks. When she called to speak with the service manager regarding her situation there was lack of professionalism and told they would ‘research’. With the lack of customer service, the condescending conversations and the time this took she was still made to pay full price for the parts and service. All around a horrible experience having just lost her husband- will never utilize Karl’s again.

Seemed very unorganized and lacked communication. We set up an appointment and they never showed up. I called to reschedule and he said they were helping another customer and would call me back. They never called me back. I live in an apartment and I just need a part fixed in the dryer and they left a message saying they have my new dryer ready. I asked someone on the phone if they are bringing a whole new dryer or just a part and they didn’t know.
As far as the actual service on appliances I’m not sure if it’s good or not. Hopefully it’s ok when they come to fix the dryer.
Update: James contacted me about a time to schedule and was really nice. However, I already had an appointment scheduled that they didn’t know about.

We have bought all of our appliances from them and will continue to. Sales staff friendly and knowledgeable. Then after a couple years we started having issues with the refrigerator. Things happen. Service department was more than helpful also. Would highly recommend the extended warranty program, after a few service calls they actually replaced and delivered a new refrigerator no questions asked. Thanks to the entire staff!

Excellent products with knowledgeable staff and sales staff was extremely helpful with the questions we had about the new refrigerator. The delivery team was great as well and call ahead of time when they were on the way to the house. Prices are very reasonable compared to others and more local than other most companies. Highly recommended!
