I went to your store specifically looking for something you did not carry. You told me you would order it Mr Owner. Fantastically you did and I was able to purchase shortly later.
The following week, I was told by the very rude 'MANAGER' that they did not get ordered. When I told her I know they did, she told me "Find them." They were finally located and in her rudeness, "let" me have a cigar bag. The other option was to buy a pack of the tiny ones.
This woman was so very rude. When I returned today, there was a 'NO PETS ALLOWED" sign. So I took my dog home and put on his 'too big' harness. Upon walking in the store, this one same youngster told me no pets allowed. I responded that he is not a pet but a Service Dog. This adult in training asked me for paperwork.. This could be a lawsuit Joe. I'll never come back.

The lady working was completely incompetent and apparently doesn’t know the difference between cartons and packs. I called before I went, asked for a carton, said she had seven and I said wow that’s a lot, so I went over there (out of my way). It was seven packs. Idiots.

Just went there Nicole the manager is rude and nasty I do have a small dog that is trained and i spent 48.00 on tobacco products I was so upset the way she spoke to me I walked out and started crying so I turned around to go get my money back and she told me no refunds which I know is a lie for I dealt with her before over vuse pods that were tampered with worst manager I have ever seen I am not giving a rating I wish I could give a negative but the number I would give is to long enter at your own risk

I bought a zico lighter here Friday evening I took it home and put butane in it 2 times it did not work, the girl I bought it from never gave me a receipt so I took the lighter back Saturday morning, all I wanted was different lighter that worked, the girl working Saturday morning at first did not want to do anything for me but she looked up receipts from Friday evening and gave me a different style lighter which was very cool but she was unfriendly and very rude to me, I can not help it if the girl working Friday night never gave me a receipt, the girl working Saturday morning plain and simple was so rude I will take my business elsewhere.

I was at this store last Friday. The girl at the counter was nasty rude. Misanthropic and mad at the world is no way to go through life girl. Joe there is no shortage of places willing to sell me exactly the same products you sell. I'll never go to this store again.

I absolutely love the employees there they treat you like family and not to mention if your a regular they get to know you and what you want and the special ordered a wrap for me so I give a 5 star review hands down if I could give more I would love y’all

Prices are fair. Selection and inventory for is unreal. Staff is helpful. Clean and located close to highway I've been there maybe 15 times over last year and no complaints.

A little more pricey but this is the only vape shop in eau claire that has a lot of mango options in disposable vapes. We always have the same younger guy and he’s so patient, helpful, and friendly. They also have a punch card and that is helpful.
