Ive had complaints about this location in the past, but they have corrected nearly all those issues. Good variety of yarn stock replenished frequently. Most employees are engaging and want to help, but that is where the one complaint stands. There are still employees who don't care about customer service. They have employees that don't bother to put your information for the rewards and when you bring it up, like I did today spending nearly $100 (small purchase for me), they refuse to go back and enter it because they already skipped it. Fix that problem with your employees and I will change to 5 stars

I’m not the one to complain, by my boyfriend and I wanted to make tie blankets. We got the fabric (four 2 yard pieces). The young man who cut our fabric simply folded it and cut it by guess. No actual measuring. But we trusted him, which was our fault. When we got home, nothing matched. We had to cut a lot of fabric off one blanket to match. Wasted fabric and wasted money. And our blankets were much smaller than they should’ve been (I compared to a previous blanket that was 2 yards). If you go here for fabric, make sure the person cutting the fabric actually measures!!

Leah in Eau Claire yelled at my daughter for skipping down an aisle. She was excited to get materials for a tie blanket and instead of nicely asking a small child to slow down she loudly yelled at her to “stop running” in front of several other customers. My child was embarrassed and confused why an adult would be raising her voice at her. Another employee assisted us afterwards and was very friendly and helpful.
