I usually don't leave reviews and I would hate to leave a bad review but this place had done it. Like everyone here says they have horrible at communications. I have made an appointment since according to google 'Online Appointment' but never got a response. I have a 9-5 job so finding time to get there is hard enough but when i do make it there they are always closed with a sign directing you to an email which there's an error to the email stated. I would recommend looking else where if you are needed your taxes file as a priority. Its like they are never open.

I used them two years and none of the filings were correct. Responsiveness is terrible...bordering on non-existent. All efforts to reach the owner failed. Given the errors and professionalism they really should not be allowed to file for anyone. Really can't figure out how they stay in business.

This is quite possibly the least professional office I have dealt with. I used them on two years worth of filings and everyone of them had errors. My efforts to address the errors were difficult. It was impossible to get ahold of the owner directly and would have had no resolution were it not for some good staff members who took the lead. Those employees are no longer with the company which leads to different concerns as well.

Yeah this place is a horrible. They work super limited hours, they dodge calls. It has taken them all year to make progress with our simple taxes. We regret using them so much.Call and investigate before trusting these guys.

We have had nothing but a GREAT experience with InCity Tax Service. We drive all the way from Superior to have Kris prepare our taxes. Kris is very efficient and knowledgeable. We appreciate his help and advice.

It took 6 months for them to complete and file my taxes, despite following up many times and providing all documents needed. Once they were finally filed, a meeting was set up to discuss the next year's tax filings. I sat in their lobby for 45 minutes while Kris talked about what sounded like basketball with another client, so I left. I am now working with another tax service who is far more professional and courteous. I recommend you do the same.

I have had nothing but professional and responsive service since I switched over to incity tax 3 years ago. My taxes have been complicated due to the buying and selling of homes as well as owning a rental property. Incity tax has made the process much easier and I get my returns back in a timely manner. Could not be more pleased with there service and highly recommend them to others!!

This place is awful. I am sure the reply will be that that can’t find me in the files just like any other bad review. Kris the owner is very hot headed does not listen to anything you say.

Kris is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He's not like stuffy tax "professionals" at H&R Block/JH; he actually treats you like a human being and he knows what he is doing. I can't recommend him highly enough!
