HyVee pharmacists in Eau Claire WI are the BEST. Korey and Dylan are courteous, efficient and extremely helpful with all of your concerns. It's so different from the service you get at the national chain pharmacies, refreshing to say the least. Highly recommend this pharmacy!! WR Hanson. E.C. WI

Hy-Vee was supposed to cater a wedding. Payment was made many months ago. Hy-Vee would not return our many phone calls. Day of, we sent someone in person to Hy-Vee to find out they had forgotten us. Hy-Vee did slap some stuff together and did show up but over an hour late. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HY-VEE

You will notice there is a new tip jar in front of hibachi near hychi. However I'd like everyone to be aware that although we all know hibachi chefs work hard to cook the food beautifully and to entertain guests and put a smile on your faces, they are now forced to share their hard earned tips with everyone including the clerks who simply package your already cooked and prepared food up for you. Sometimes these hibachi tips are being split 5-6 diff ways at the end of the day. As well as paying taxes on them. One of the hibachi chefs is the one who advocated hard for the tip jar to be put into place. He now has no ownership over his own tips because employees who have nothing to do with hibachi or even hychi or sushi (people from market grille and even mias pizza are filing complaints to management as if they have anything to do with it whatsoever. Anyway, please be advised, when you put that money in the tip jar after seeing a cool chef work his magic for you on that grill, unfortunately that chef will only see a small percentage of that thanks to those who really didn't earn it and the management who likes to baby them. The idea of having 3 separate tip jars (1 for each department) was brought up only to be shot down immediately (I'm sure because it's common sense the only department who will be receiving most of the tips are the ones working to actually earn them *Hibachi Chefs*). What a pathetic way to treat your hard working chefs, Hy-Vee HR and management! Its honestly shameful!

I placed an order two weeks before a wedding rehearsal picnic for two large salads, and fruit tray. None of it was ready when I arrived for pick up. The deli counter never even received the order. They had to fill my order with whatever they had on hand. I sent in a complaint to management and never received any compensation. Disappointed that customer service was so poor.

Went there yesterday and picked up some Hawaiian bread to make some sliders. Pulled them out today and what do I see?? Mold. It was on the bottom of just one bun but still.. didn't want to risk it. Tossed the whole thing out. No more sliders. :(

Sorry but, the staff is damn near incompetent. Came to get a money order after literally calling them to make sure Western Union was working (because the last THREE times I have come here it's been "down") so I could pay rent, we get here and the literal manager of The service department says "he doesn't feel comfortable because he's never done one before" and "it'll take a really long time"... so there's not a single person in the building that knows how to do a money order? He attempts to do it and the genius loses the paper he needs for the money order. So now he has to refund us, except, of course it can't go back on the card it has to be cash. And if you're renting right now you know what a stupid, unnecessary stack of cash that is. Clearly your employees need better training if you're going to throw them in a leadership role and they don't even know what they're doing! Absolutely ridiculous. Even funnier is the fact they deleted this same review off of google. So, they obviously know they're in the wrong.

Pizza toppings are now severely rationed. You get a bit in the middle, but not much. If you order artichoke hearts, you'll get 5 very small ones. Enjoy the crust! The price is the same as before apparent topping shortages.

I came here just for food from the hibachi place. It was super good and I would recommend to anyone that misses Hu Hot. The store itself is clean and very modern and organized. Looks fab.

Super amazing eating area!! The Asian food and pizza are two-thumbs up, and are still excellent as breakfast the next morning. The bakery is very bright and attractive! The croissants have a sticky glaze that I thought I wouldn't like, but because the croissants are also excellent I found the glaze to be finger lickin' good! I appreciate that you can pay for your food after grocery shopping. It just seems like a sensible method without interrupting your shopping. The employees were super considerate and seemed to make themselves available as soon as possible. It sets up a welcoming ambience. It was overwhelming when we went. We wanted to try Wahlburgers, but that area was congested. Perhaps when the novelty passes, we can sneak a bite there. I didn't enjoy the grocery shopping experience as much as in other stores, yes, due to the crowded traffic. Willing to give it another try in the future.
