The lady who helped file my taxes was great. The only thing wrong was the plexiglass between us . I have hearing loss in my right ear and couldn't hear what she was saying.

From the minute we walked in the person who was going to do our taxes had an attitude. Also we had our children with us a 1 month old and our 19 month old. He was running around. The person asked my husband to go sit with him in the car. How rude. This is after they stated on the phone that both my husband and myself had to be there to sign.Bad customer service.
