There is only ever one guy there when we go, so I think he's the manager, But he deserves a shout out! His customer service is excellent! He always hooks my kiddos up with whatever freebies they have. They love going here and it's always been a wonderful experience.

While the selection isn't quite what it used to be, it still is a good store for fulfilling goth needs. They have things you can't buy at other stores, too. The staff is friendly &LGBTQ friendly!
