“I live in an apartment building, second floor, with an extremely narrow staircase. The first couch I bought was too wide to fit though the turn of the stairs (this was completely my fault-- I mis-measured). When I came back, Angela was so kind and determined to get a couch up these dang stairs. She found me one that worked perfectly! Also the delivery team was so nice even when I accidently wrote the arrival time down wrong and was still at work when they arrived the first time. They came back later and fought with the stairs for me.

“AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! After having one of there patio swings for 13 months, the swing broke. Even though it was no longer covered by a warranty, the company had a new swing delivered in 24 hours of my notifying them it was broken.”
“Ive had complaints about this location in the past, but they have corrected nearly all those issues. Good variety of yarn stock replenished frequently. Most employees are engaging and want to help, but that is where the one complaint stands. There are still employees who don't care about customer service. They have employees that don't bother to put your information for the rewards and when you bring it up, like I did today spending nearly $100 (small purchase for me), they refuse to go back and enter it because they already skipped it. Fix that problem with your employees and I will change to 5 stars”

*EDIT: wanted to add that if I find anything with a questionable value or price, or just an item with no price or multiple tags, staff has always been quick to give a great deal. Never had an issue with this, or returns.”
