Julie Bauchle at the Eau Claire Wi store was so helpful with my purchase of area rugs. She gave me lots information about the ones I was interested in. After I did my measurements at home I made decisions and called to make they had them on hand. She had good news of a better discount and I made a deposit. I will pick them up later in the week. Quick and easy.

Julie the saleswoman was polite, knowledgeable, and patient.I appreciated being able to set my delivery date, and there were a variety of discounts I was able to take part in.The store is neatly organized. I had visited Ashley's Furniture store earlier in the week, and was frustrated that the dining sets were spread out along the entire store, making it nearly impossible to compare like products.At the Eau Claire location, the store is laid out by type. Beds are all together, recliners have their own section, and my search for a quality dining set was made easier due to having all the tables organized by budget and purpose in the same area of the store.I have not received my order yet as I don't have access to the lease where it will be delivered, but I am comforted by their assurances that if it turns out to not match my expectations that they will help me find a replacement at no charge.

Great clean store with many options. Although we didn't end up purchasing anything at this time our sales person Julie was wonderful to work with and extremely knowledgeable.

Had a very pleasant experience purchasing a new couch and a kitchen table from Julie. Very nice customer service, and even nicer furniture. Only reason for leaving a 4 star instead of a 5 is charging 130/140 something dollars to deliver a couch is ridiculous, but it was our only option. In store everything was great, Julie made the process exciting I'll be happy to return to get an area rug next month.
