We usually get some pretty good deals on stuff, but be careful with furniture. We bought a rocking chair in really good condition and paid up for it, but at home we removed the price tag and discovered some cleverly concealed damage under the tag. A little matching stain and it somewhat disappears, but still I feel I've been tricked. So do yourself a favor and peel off tags before buying!

Never greeted. Cashier had to finish a conversation before addressing me. When I didn't round up she stopped talking to me, threw the receipt on the counter and turned away. Was not offered a bag.
Books are ridiculously priced (3.99 for dirty paperbacks, 6.99 for hardcovers), new items are all retail priced, even food items. It's less expensive to buy a Campbell's soup at a grocery store (gw was priced over $2).
What a disservice to the community that the donated items you sell are overpriced and inaccessible to the people who need them.

Goodwill only helps themselves. Selling donated clothes for more than they cost new. And do nothing for the community. Had a friends house burn to the ground and the family was left with nothing. They went to goodwill looking for help with clothes and goodwill flat out turned them down.

Guy in donations was very snarky and rude. I will take my donations elsewhere that appreciates the people’s support. Eau Claire goodwill your employees reflect on your business.

If i could give this store a negative 5 star review i would! Almost every employee me and my family saw was rude and looked like they didn't even want to be at work, the so called “team leader” named megan was extremely rude!! She doesnt seem to even care to help guests in the store but likes to stand around instead of helping. We will not be going back there anymore, its pretty sad! The register lady was the only nice person we came across.

This is an excellent goodwill if you are looking for a Halloween costume. They collected and curated lots of costume clothing and accessories.Wish they offered more furniture.
