I love GLIKS!!! They have a ton of super good stuff at cheaper prices that I’ve found at similar stores. They are always getting in new clothes for the upcoming seasons and are one of the only reasons I go to the mall anymore.

I LOVE this store!! There are always cute items and clothing items that you can't find in any other store. Yesterday my daughter and I went in and we had a great experience. The girls were so helpful and attentive to my daughter and we found a great outfit for her! Thank you Glicks for a positive shopping experience. Eau Claire is lucky to have you!

I have shopped at many Glik’s on many occasions, I recently went to the Eau claire location and was completely ignored by both of the girls working. Didn’t say hi, or even thank you when I bought something. I only bought something at that location because I found something I had been looking for, but was debating not buying anything just because of the poor service.

I have shopped at Gliks in Hayward many times. I was excited when I heard they were opening a store in Eau Claire. Much to my disappointment I found the staff in Eau Claire less than friendly. Today’s experience was the worst. I would suggest better customer service training, especially for leads.

Although I love the apparel, I can’t see myself supporting a business where the workers blatantly ignore you. Their customer service is one of the worse I’ve ever experienced.

I REALLY want to like this store! They always look to have such cute clothes but every time I go in, I am completely ignored. I’ve never been greeted, never been smiled at - just treated like an inconvenience when I ask for a fitting room. I don’t think I’ll be going back.
