I live in an apartment building, second floor, with an extremely narrow staircase. The first couch I bought was too wide to fit though the turn of the stairs (this was completely my fault-- I mis-measured). When I came back, Angela was so kind and determined to get a couch up these dang stairs. She found me one that worked perfectly! Also the delivery team was so nice even when I accidently wrote the arrival time down wrong and was still at work when they arrived the first time. They came back later and fought with the stairs for me.
I would most definitely recommend Furnish 123!

Would give zero stars if that was an option. Placed my order 8 weeks ago. No word from them for 4 weeks. Calling them was hopeless, no one ever answered the phone and call backs where slim. Was finally told that our order has been sitting in their warehouse and they needed to send a truck to get it. Tried scheduling delivery and they never showed. Will NEVER return and will NEVER recommend to anyone!
