Absolutely awful. The amount of money I've wasted on "express" and "expedited" shipping, only to have my shipments delayed! But they keep changing the delivery date so it's "on time." Never tarnishing their reputation. I don't understand how this company is still in business. They will never let you talk to a person either, the phone robot just hangs up on you. Absolutely terrible service. Zero stars.

I was recently in town on vacation and needed a new purchase shipped home and a great girl named Kaci not only brought a class personified customer service but she was also able to package up my delicate purchase with ease and send it on its way. Great customer service is tough to find these days but this center certainly has it when Kaci is in the building.

Unbelievable! How any company who treats its customers the way I was treated can possibly stay in business. Thier website says I can print a label and ship, the man behind the counter said no, and, when challenged about it, told me I should learn to read!

Due to the “massive snow storm” on 11/29/2022, they cannot deliver my package. Even tho, they delivered some other packages. Do better FedEx. It’s Wisconsin. You gonna take the rest of the year off for snow? Unreal, unprofessional and completely ridiculous excuse for a shipper. Arrange your warehouse better also, why are you splitting deliveries to the same address? Guess there’s a reason Amazon dropped FedEx as a shipping option. I’ll never choose you again for any shipping needs.

The rudest lady working tonight that I have ever encountered in my life. She rolled her eyes when she finally came out of the back & saw me standing there. She had my package (with address shown) on the counter in front of her, a good 5ft away from where she told me to go for the credit card machine; then asked the business address I was sending to. When I said I didn't know off the top of my head & I walked towards said package with addresses on it. She again rolled her eyes & actually said "Well neither do I!" I was far too stunned that she actually said that to reply. I have never met such a rude person in my entire life & I spent 10yrs working customer service. Unreal.
