If I could leave negative stars, I would. Absolute horrible service. Car rental was covered under my warranty, no one checked in with me before pick up. Could not get the rental due to only being told to only bring proof of insurance and driver's license, not once was I told there would be a deposit due since it is 100% covered under my car warranty. Won't take cash, which I have, or check, which I have, had no funds available on my credit card because of holiday shopping.

I rent cars 20-30 times per year all over the country and this place is absolutely the worst. Almost never has my rental from this location gone smoothly. On several occasions, they've told me the car was full of gas and when I go start it, it's below full. I've had at least two instances of low tire pressure where I had to go out air in the tires. After showing up today to be told that they needed to go to their other location to get a car for me or they had one just returned that hasn't been cleaned and is full of dirt, I'm done. If you want a chance at a smooth rental, I'd probably try one of the other companies.

Reserved a car 3 days prior to my planned departure. When I got there , no car. Only mini van. Rather bummed, gas mileage will be more than a car. Trip is ruined. Thanks

My Flight was delayed but the airport agent came back after hours late at night to help me. They lived up to Definition of Customer Care!! I’m now a Big fan of the guy!!

I reserved a vehicle at this location and when I got there I was told that I needed a credit card. I also was told that they do not rent vehicles to people from out of state after running my credit card.

Spent lots of time reserving a car online and even received a confirmation number via email only to get a call 25 minutes later informing me they had no cars available till the next day.

I had a bad experience because I'm here to drop off a car at midnight but over here everything is closed Outside of the building no drop-off key box. Next day I came here to drop off the key. wasting time and money.

Descent rates (in these crazy times). Good service. It was nice to get an Enterprise car with a full tank. It makes it much easier to refuel, so that it's at the same level you received the vehicle. Much appreciated!

Micheal and James exceeded all of my expectations. I had booked an intermediate sized car online but received a compact car instead from a different location. I wanted to add an additional driver and Micheal brought this discrepancy to light. Without any further questions asked he placed me into the appropriate car. I then received a phone call from the manager, James, asking how the new car was working and apologizing for the confusion. When returning the car, some additional charges came up for which were promised to be waved at the start of the rental. After explaining the situation to James he waved the fees without hesitation. Extremely impressed by the customer service provided by Micheal and James.

Disclaimer: All business conducted with my companion parrot on my shoulderMichael was an absolute delight, in all respects pertaining to customer service. Not only was he allowing and understanding about my pet, but he was engaging and generally a fun person. He mentioned to me about a free upgrade that was available b/c of the card/business I'd used to make my reservation which allowed me to use a vehicle that was above and beyond my expectations ..... I'd never have known had it not been for Michael.At a small airport like Eau Claire, small things MATTER. Even a small CS problem can result in a terrible customer experience. I had the EXACT OPPOSITE experience. I HIGHLY recommend Enterprise at Eau Claire Air Port.PS: If the 'higher ups' are reading this and Michael isn't part of the crew you should consider a promotion for him because otherwise he'll quickly go where his skills are appreciated! ( no implication maybe he's the CEO :) )
