I've been a loyal Eddie Bauer customer for many years. Always been happy with the quality and has great experiences purchasing online but my in-person visits to this store are absolutely terrible. The blond haired manager is EXTREMELY rude and will just walk away while you're talking. She won't make eye contact and she is very harsh. I won't buy from Eddie Bauer again because of this store's staff.

I bought a backpack in 2015 (when they still had a lifetime warranty) and thought it would be very nice to have in case something happened to it. Now they changed their policy to only a 1 year warranty. My backpack would still be under the old warranty because I bought it before the policy changed, but they wouldn't accept it because of the new policy. Not only that, but the workers there were very rude to me because of it and walked away while we were still talking. Occurrences like this happened every time I returned a product that was under a lifetime warranty but, after much growling and groaning, they would eventually give me a new one. I liked there store very much before, but I am never buying from Eddie Bauer again because of this.

I love the quality of the clothing and have been buying clothes regularly through the website. I went in for an exchange today and the manager who came over to help was pretty rude. Makes me not want to shop in this store and stick to online orders.

Stopped in to return, and exchange. Always pleasantly greeted asked if I need help. What a wonderful place. I always find things I need. Picked out a pair of oddball colored shorts for my oldest son. I thought was they looked cool. He liked them!! Win win. Got everything taken care of in 1 stop.

I went into the store to purchase a pair of pants for a Christmas present. They did not have the size so Josh helps us do an online order in store. After telling me I can’t use the card I want, he tells me that I cannot get a receipt without creating an account. After going back and forth with Josh, who is incredibly rude, I end up ordering it anyways and I will receive an email receipt. I get no receipt and no email but I am charged for it. I call Eddie Bauer customer service and encounter the single worst customer service representative I have ever dealt with. She knew absolutely nothing about anything and on top of that, she barely knew English but refused multiple times to transfer me. After 25 minutes on the phone and being placed on hold multiple times, I finally ended up being able to cancel my order. Will not be buying or recommending anything Eddie Bauer to anyone. This company is terrible

Did not feel welcome at this store location. There was two employees that did not engage me in any form or shape. I went to ask one of the employees for help and she asked me to move to the side and just pointed it out and said “all we got is there.” Bottom line bad customer service. Didn’t want to spend one dollar there.

Great service. Helped me find jacket and pants. I am not terribly familiar with the store layout anymore (since our recent pandemic experience) and I really appreciated having the sales lady helping me out. She was knowledgeable about sizing, comfort, warmth, etc. All in all, great experience.
